Tried other agencies before using Brian and to no avail they were unable to help me. I recently hired Brian, LA Intelligence Inc., to locate someone that was untraceable and was using a disguise to maliciously stalk me on my phone and social media. To my surprise, Brian and his team found this person in 1 day. Brian was also able to provide me with invaluable background information to provide to the court. He did all of this for a very reasonable fee and with a very short turnaround time. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian and his team and will definitely be using their services again. read more

Brian will get the job done. Solid communication. Good as it gets. I have read over the other reviews and I agree with all of them. This is what Yelp is for and there is a reason that Brian is getting 5 stars.. He is clearly passionate about his work and he is very good at it.. No need to look anywhere else for PI work.. Brian is your man. read more

I needed to find a former tenant who defrauded me, so I contacted Brian. I had never hired a PI before and had a few questions, and he was very thorough in his explanation of his investigative process. I sent him his retainer, but after a few days the situation resolved on its own. Brian had not begun investigating yet, so I explained what happened and asked for a refund. He sent it back to me with minimal effort. I can't speak to his investigative skills but if I ever do need a PI again, I will contact Brian. read more

UPDATE: So the information I got from LA Intelligence/Brian all checked out... I'm still in shock mode that he could/did track down someone for me from 18yrs ago. All he got from me was a first and last name, last known city/state, and approx. age. After receiving the info from LA Intelligence/Brian I was able to reach out to long lost friend from 18yrs ago. In all honesty, I was skeptical but gave it a try... in under 20 minutes LA Intelligence emailed me the info with a phone number...yes your reading it right... a phone number. Turns out my long lost friend got rid of his facebook 5 years ago and didn't have any other social media. Thanks again Brian at LA Intelligence for finding my friend from 18yrs ago. read more

I had an excellent experience with LA Intelligence. I was required to have someone served and was left a small window due to the holiday season. Brian and his team were extremely instrumental in getting this executed within a limited timeframe. Brian was extremely professional and responsive throughout this process. This was very relieving to me, as this was a concern of mine. I tend to be skeptical of hiring any small business owner for the fear of shoddy work or possibly having to play by unjust rules. This was not the case with LA Intelligence and I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and should I have any needs like this again, I will enlist the help of LA Intelligence. read more

Brian was great! He responded to everything in a timely manner and completed the task (background information) much sooner than I was expecting! He was extremely easy to work with, and I thought the pricing was very fair. I would absolutely use him again for anything down the line. read more

Brian at LA Intelligence is on my short list of 5-star service providers. He was responsive and knowledgeable, and gave me realistic expectations of what he would be able to do for my case and what he wouldn't. He took almost an hour to review the data he'd collected and even looked up additional information while on the phone to try and help me as much as possible. Best of all, Brian is completely personable, and totally put me at ease about the process. read more

I had called on a whim from yelp, and sure enough he was an intelligent gentlemen who gave me an hour of his time & even a background report for my phone IT support when during the call his computer had a hiccup. We had a great conversation and I can vet him from his stories / experience & we personally have to name the good ones out there so come to this guy! Thanks again, Brian. read more

For more than 6 weeks, Brian and his staff at LA Intelligence have been there for me every step of the way, including listening carefully to my situation, explaining court processes, serving papers on someone who was very difficult to track down . . . and continuing until this case is completely resolved. With Brian's guidance and encouragement, I felt prepared and confident at my court case, which I won very easily. Now with his help, we are going after the post-judgment recovery. I happened to read Jasmine K's recent review about Brian, and I'm sure that the reviewer must have been writing about someone else, and some other agency. How could any reviewer pass judgment on the integrity of an agency when their services were not even engaged? My experience with Brian has been nothing short of extreme respect and professionalism, showing so much personal interest in my case. I really don't know what I would have done without his support. If you need assistance for a complicated case, I can say that LA Intelligence won't let you down. I cannot imagine that any other private investigator would have seen me through this entire process so thoroughly, half of which he didn't even charge me for. Don't pass up the opportunity to get the best outcome for your situation, with Brian's unparalleled services. read more

About a year ago I bought a car on CL and decided to sell it and the person who bought it found out that the vin number of the car was tampered with and the odometer was rolled back. I returned the money to the buyer. I hired Brian to get my money back from the person who sold me the vehicle and later he found out that this person owns a body shop and bought this car through an auction with a salvage title but somehow managed to switch the vin number so he may register it as a clean title. Brian tracked the entire history of the car and the person who sold it to me. A couple of weeks later we showed up to this guy's body shop posing as a buyer who wants look at another vehicle that he was selling to make sure he's going to be there and see if that car's vin was tampered too. The guy was in complete denial about the whole car tampering thing but Brian's interrogation skill was on point, we managed to get a partial of my money back and gave the guy until the end of the month to come up with the rest of the money. This whole situation was a complete nightmare. Thanks to Brian I at least got some of my money back and hopefully get the rest by the end of the month. I highly recommend his services. PS If you're buying a used car on CL I advise you to completely check the full history of the vehicle, Vin # license plate # etc. Trust me its worth spending a little more money on getting these information checked than going through the hassle of getting screwed up. read more

A little over a year ago, a family member filed false criminal charges against me to retaliate against me for confronting her about her drug habit. Once all charges were dismissed, I spoke to nearly a dozen attorneys who told me that I had no recourse in the court system. I was told because she is a woman, the judge would always favor her - meaning she was free to file false charges over and over again as she pleased. I searched for some PIs on yelp to see what other options I might have. The first two I contacted essentially told me the same thing the lawyers did; that I was s^*t out of luck with any potential legal action(s) in court. I then called Brian, who generously listened to my issues for nearly 2 hours on the phone. After explaining the situation to him, that I was the victim and was truly concerned about her doing it again (he's a veteran PI and can smell BS a mile away), he then started to discuss other options that would ensure that she would stop any further malicious behavior. One option required a large deposit, but with the positive Yelp reviews and Brian's genuine straight-talk over the phone, I decided to take the leap of faith and send it to him. The process took several months to with no tangible results, and I admit I had my doubts at times. However, Brian was always there to reassure me when I called on occasion to followup. Yesterday he sent me hard proof that he was starting to deliver exactly what he promised. Mind blowing doesn't start to describe what he's pulled off on my behalf. For the first time in over a year, I finally feel some security (and justice) again. If you have a problem, I'm 100% certain Brian has a solution. He's a one-man A-Team. read more

I had contacted Brian to get some background information on a certain individual that I had hired for a particular project. The individual was well recommend and it appeared to have a squeaky clean reputation when I first hired him. During the course of the project, the individual become more and more erratic and absent and I was losing money and time. I reached a cross point that I needed to decide how am I going to continue to deal with this individual. I wanted all the information I can get on the individual so hired Brian to conduct a background check. I didn't have a lot of information I can give to Brian, but he was still able to find my individual and provide me with a very detail report. I was able piece together the individual present state of affairs and the type of things the individual been through in the past. This allowed me to make an informed decision on how to proceed with my situation. If I would have done a background check from the beginning I would have never hired this individual. That is a regret that I have to live with. I got some type of warning from YELP about intimidation before I posted this review. I want to confirm that Brian has never intimidated me nor have done anything that can be interpreted as an intimidation. read more

This review is for a person search. I can't thank Brian enough for the following reasons: -understanding of my purpose. -that he was able to work with the minimal information that I had. -reasonably affordable. -fast -giving up? What's that? The truth is, I knew the person I was looking for was not going to be easy to find. And I must say, that I am extremely impressed! When Brian narrowed down a name with over 1,000 records to about 10 people and then gave me ONE phone number to the person whom he thought was the individual that I was looking for... I was so shocked when I heard a voice I recognized on the other line that I didn't know what to say. It was my first try. I was expecting to go back and forth with Brian until I got the right person on the other line, and this exceeded my expectations by an easy mile. He made my search HIS search, and you don't know how much I appreciate that. So much so, that I saved LAintellegence' phone number in my phone as "Brian" Never going anywhere else should I need these services again. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Brian went out of his way for me on a potential case -- he had me send him all of the information that I had on this case and then he went out and did some research for me at no charge to help me decide whether I should go forward with the case or not! Brian is extremely honest, sincere, knowledgeable, and amazingly helpful! His company is a breath of fresh air in the Private Investigation community. Thank you very much! read more

A few months ago I loaned my brother $10,000 to purchase a car off craigslist-- it seemed like a good deal and legit so we bought it. A few months later, not only does the transmission die, but we find out that the vehicle had a fake VIN and a counterfeit title, and the seller had forged a fake name on the bill of sale. Desperate to get our money back somehow, we decided to contact Brian and see what he could do for us. Nobody we spoke to thought we had any chance of getting our money back-- I talked to a few lawyer friends, and a friend who works at a body shop, and they all said the same thing-- you are probably just screwed and should give up. Not Brian! Just a month after we started working together, we tracked down the original seller, and with Brian's frighteningly good interrogation skills, we showed up on this guy's doorstep and convinced him to pay us back!!! After a month of hard work, we have recieved ALL of our money back -- all $10,000, in cash. Honestly, I'm blown away! This situation has been nothing but a headache, but just when we thought we were out of options we were able to find a competent, experienced, and tenacious PI. He even drove all the way back to Azusa, CA in the middle of the night to pick up an important item we had left behind at the residence of the perpetrator... that's service!! I'm totally amazed-- If you need a job done, and you are willing to pay for it-- Brian will get it done. read more

LA Intelligence - The money that Brian got back from the guy who ripped us off! - Private Investigation Near Me - Beverly Hills, California

LA intelligence is absolutely amazing !!!!!!! Don't even bother going anywhere else . Brian is the nicest ,most helpful guy ever and their prices are about half of their competitors. Brian goes out of his way to help you and you can tell he loves his job . I wanted some phone numbers checked and Brian was out of town and I don't have a credit card so I was unable to come into his office to pay him . He told me he'd normally charge 50 dollars but would do it for free for me !!!!!! What ??? Who does that nowadays ? Amazing !!! All other investigators wanted 150 Dollars to check out a number ,Brian usually charges 50 Dollars . That's a third of the price !!!! If I ever need another PI Brian would be the only one I'd consider . read more

Just got off the phone with my dad (watched my neighborhood for moment). The 5 star is because I don't know. I didn't get the answer I wanted. These guys aren't crappy, lousy, sleazy private investigators. They are completely a different animal (you'll never understand unless you go through it). If you hire these guys don't think you can get what you want because of your emotions. I'm going through rough time because of these folks and its actually protecting me from the real problems I am suppose to face. It may not even make much sense to them, but all I can say is that I apologize and will do my best to set my sights in right direction. Yes, this is a real review. A lot of you are probably not like me so my warning won't matter anyways. I guess waiting for uber rides at the bank was a waste of time. read more

Thank you, Brian, for your EXCEPTIONAL attention to my case. I have been dealing with an EX who lives in CA while I live in CO. Needless to say, getting my EX served (for non-payment of child support) has been next to impossible... I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars and a ton of time trying to get him served (this has been going on for YEARS). I finally got tired of wasting my money on inefficient and sub-standard Process Servers. So, last week, I decided to Google "Top-Rated Private Investigators in Los Angeles" and LA INTELLIGENCE, INC. was the very FIRST company that popped up... And after reading the many AMAZING reviews on YELP, I was convinced that this is the very BEST organization for PI services. I called and I immediately received kind, courteous, professional, and EXCELLENT customer service. The most impressive part... LA INTELLIGENCE, INC. got the job done within HOURS of our first conversation. I will always call on you, Brian, going forward... Your commitment to detail while maintaining OUTSTANDING service will always be remembered. Thank you, once again, for being so honest and trustworthy, from day one... I will always appreciate it! read more

Yelp says my previous review was too impersonal, so I'll try to make this one more personal. A nasty man came into our shop and ripped us off. The cops could not help, so we hired a PI to do some actual investigation and detective work. Brian's work has certainly paid off. If you need help with whatever is going on in your personal life or your business that is a big problem, I would seriously recommend calling Brian at LA Intelligence and seeing if he can help. Very honest and sincere guy and although I hope we don't have to use a PI again, if we do, we would work with him again. He knows what to do and has the training and experience to get results. read more

The peace of mind that Brian provided with his service was the best $150 I've EVER SPENT. This was my first time ever needing a private investigator and it was the best choice I've ever made. My grandmother, mother and myself were chronically being harassed (nearly a full year) by other family members who sought out opportunities to damage our home, steal money from my grandmothers bank accounts, intimidate/ verbally assault us in our home, falsely accuse us to police and Adult Protective Services. To say the least, we needed to file for a restraining order to have legal protection but were unable to do so, due to a lack of an address for these particular relatives. Brian provided such detailed reports that not only gave ample amount of information on every family member in question but also details on their extended relatives as well. This information was beyond helpful to us and authority. It made it very easy for us to finally obtain the protection we needed and help provide clear information to police & the court. I hope to never have to need this again but if I do, I will always reach out to Brian. It was worth every single penny. Highly recommended for anyone in need! read more

I had a very tough case that involved identity theft. I called Brian and his team after the thieves had taken my identity and ran with it. They went as far as trying to get a home loan with my credit! In the midst of all this they kept spending under my name with some mysterious account. This was of course insanely stressful because I had spent hours on the phone with all of my banks and nobody claimed these transactions. I tried to think of any possible cracks, thought maybe they were hacking into my accounts some how. When I called Brain I was in a frenzy. He told me they don't usually take these sort of cases but would help me out because he could tell it was extremely distressing for me. They walked me through the process and even sent a hacker out to my place to check all of our systems and make sure they didn't have access to anything. Union Bank turned out to be the culprit, a week or so after I had alerted them to the theft they received a call from the thieves impersonating me. They requested a new credit card sent out to their address. I hadn't made any changes to my personal info since I opened the account around 5 years ago! Just Crazy. Brian is extremely responsive and caring. In a time of complete craze they gave me some relief. It wasn't full resolved as these cases are very complex but I am grateful to have had their support through the heinous process of having my identity stolen. read more

When I first called these guys, I had no idea what had to be done and by following their suggestions, I now have the evidence that I need to bring to court and win my case. I highly recommend LA Intelligence for their professionalism and expertise to anyone in a similar situation.
