I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Brian Matthews as he is extremely kind, considerate,…read morethoughtful, and efficient in the way he converses with his customers. He responds fairly quickly and reached out to me during the weekend as well. I have conversed with other private investigators when doing research, but Brian was the one who communicated in the most empathetic and heartwarming manner (and understands the client's difficult position). All I can say is that he treats his potential clients with care like a concerned family friend and explains the pricing in a reasonable way. I will definitely be choosing him in the future.

Five Stars Isn't Enough for Eric Peterson! I would give him 100 stars if I could!…read more If you need a process server or private investigator who actually gets the job done, look no further than Eric Peterson. To put it into perspective: my attorney had previously hired a process server who spent an entire month trying--and failing--to locate and serve the defendant in my case. After four frustrating weeks of zero progress, Eric stepped in. He had the defendant located and served in less than 24 hours. This wasn't an easy task, either. The service was at a highly secure and challenging location--one that seemed impossible for others, but proved to be no challenge at all for Eric. The level of efficiency, speed, and sheer professionalism he brings to the table is unmatched. Beyond his incredible skills and hustle, Eric is just a genuinely great person to work with--communicative, trustworthy, and deeply dedicated. He took a high-stress situation and completely turned it around overnight. I cannot recommend Eric Peterson highly enough. If you want results instead of excuses, he is your guy! I will be sure to use him if ever needed down the road.

My story is focused on the path that led me to Becky Moore. I have been looking for years for a…read morevery dear person I lost touch with (my fault). I would spend time on my search whenever I could. There were times when I thought I was making progress but I would end up at another dead end. At one point I tried a private investigator, but he insisted I didn't have enough information. What I had WAS pretty sketchy. Recently I came to the realization that it wasn't enough to be looking for someone who may need your help. That may be noble, but it's not THAT noble if you never succeed. I decided to get my Cousin involved. She is obsessed with genealogy. She can tell you what a long- ago relative ate for breakfast during the Renaissance. What she advised me to do ended up bringing my long, tedious quest to a successful outcome. She recommended that I take what I have and place it with a woman private investigator. I went right to Google AI and typed in "looking for a woman private investigator located here in the Southern California area". About 4 or 5 examples popped up. The very first one on the list was Becky Moore Investigations. I called the number, and Becky Moore answered. She must have talked to me for 45 minutes. I emailed stuff to her which we discussed during the call. At the end of the call she said "I'll find her". That WAS comforting . But let's see what happens. On October 2, 2026 Becky emailed me saying she had located my dear friend. On October 4, she called me to tell me she was emailing me the exact telephone number and address (she's still alive) of this dear human being. I happen to be someone who was looking for a person. Probably most people are not looking for a person. But if you are, then you know what I have been going through. Happily I have reached the end of this long road. And my friend, she does need my help. Obviously I'm very happy with Becky Moore.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Becky Moore if you need a TOP-NOTCH Private Investigator who is not only an EXPERT at her work, but who is also a deeply kind and caring person.
