Five Stars Isn't Enough for Eric Peterson! I would give him 100 stars if I could!…read more If you need a process server or private investigator who actually gets the job done, look no further than Eric Peterson. To put it into perspective: my attorney had previously hired a process server who spent an entire month trying--and failing--to locate and serve the defendant in my case. After four frustrating weeks of zero progress, Eric stepped in. He had the defendant located and served in less than 24 hours. This wasn't an easy task, either. The service was at a highly secure and challenging location--one that seemed impossible for others, but proved to be no challenge at all for Eric. The level of efficiency, speed, and sheer professionalism he brings to the table is unmatched. Beyond his incredible skills and hustle, Eric is just a genuinely great person to work with--communicative, trustworthy, and deeply dedicated. He took a high-stress situation and completely turned it around overnight. I cannot recommend Eric Peterson highly enough. If you want results instead of excuses, he is your guy! I will be sure to use him if ever needed down the road.

Recently, I had to use their services for personal reasons, and they delivered the same high standard of service I've come to expect. They were extremely responsive, communicative, and handled my request with a strong sense of urgency. I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Brian Matthews as he is extremely kind, considerate,…read morethoughtful, and efficient in the way he converses with his customers. He responds fairly quickly and reached out to me during the weekend as well. I have conversed with other private investigators when doing research, but Brian was the one who communicated in the most empathetic and heartwarming manner (and understands the client's difficult position). All I can say is that he treats his potential clients with care like a concerned family friend and explains the pricing in a reasonable way. I will definitely be choosing him in the future.

Michael Yousef has demonstrated a pattern of extremely concerning and unprofessional behavior in…read moreconnection with my custody case. He produced multiple written reports about me that were filled with inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and statements that were impossible to be true. One of the reports he submitted described an incident that supposedly occurred on a day when I was not even with my son. The moment my neighbors saw his report, they immediately pointed out how absurd it was -- especially the claim that they allegedly "heard child abuse" outside, even though they were not present, nothing occurred, and several of them openly stated they have never witnessed anything of the kind. His reports were so inconsistent and exaggerated that they raised serious questions about his credibility and motives. I have recorded phone evidence showing inappropriate communication between him and my son's father, strongly suggesting outside influence and biased involvement. The fact that he allowed himself to be used in such a way speaks volumes about his lack of integrity and professionalism. It is extremely unfortunate that some individuals insert themselves into family matters with the intent to manipulate the outcome, especially when a child is involved. Anyone considering hiring him should be aware that his conduct has personally backfired on those who attempted to use him, and his unreliable behavior speaks for itself. His actions show that he is not someone who can withstand scrutiny, ethical standards, or legal accountability.
