Jim not only made a genuine apology to me, but took swift action in correcting the mistakes that were made in handling my case, including dismissing two employees who were involved. I was getting some bizarre transactions when checking my bank account online, and I had also been getting ultimatum letters from some places of business I would never even consider even going to. This being said, I had remembered a transaction that I had made about a month or two prior at a place in Torrance that just didn't seem right... normally I am quite vigilant over conducting any form of business, but I'll admit that I was had this time around. After the painstaking routine of having to contact my bank and credit agencies of fraud, I began narrowing down some possibilities on how my identity could have been stolen, and it all pointed to this business in Torrance. I wanted to really dive down into finding out what the hell was going on, so I asked a few people what route I could take. One friend suggested I look into a private investigator, and Excell Investigation in Downey was recommended to me. I did call some other agencies, just for the sake of consultations/pricing and finding out whom and what I'd be dealing with. Honestly, when I called these other places, and asked to speak with an experienced investigator, most of them came across as being rather arrogant. It seemed to be a real burden to them to even consider looking into the issue I brought up to them. But when I had spoken to Nizar Milbes at Excell, he was clearly someone who knew what he was talking about. He was really well versed with various investigation techniques, and super professional about it. Not only was Nizar a wizard in this sort of field, but he was super cool and provided excellent customer service. He even kept me completely up to date on the investigation. And there were results! I managed to get the evidence I needed to go after that business for willingly using my card information for their own use, and took them to court. They had no chance, and wanted to settle immediately. I got the money back that they had been wrongfully "charging" me, and while I would have liked to have left them a really bad Yelp review, they're gone. Apparently they closed down a little while back. So good riddance to them (although they'll probably try something shady later on somewhere else). Whatever you do, do not use these people, they are completely unprofessional bullys, and I am not sure if they are even legitimate. When hiring them, I went down to their office, and at no point was I ever allowed to talk to anyone with PI credentials. Just middle men, I told them, I needed to speak with the PI in person not only so I know what is going on, and that the person is doing the job, and so that I don't sit around wondering if work was ever done, as well as me being able to discuss with them the complexities. They were hesitant, I paid them a small amount of $309.00 for a simple job to test the waters to see how things would go and if it would lead to more work from them but after paying them, they started in on me I was in contact with a Will, John Milbes, and a I believe Fraud, Sophia who they had call me saying she was the investigator. And if anyone knows my world wide situation, which most do, Sophia was someone who was sent after me years ago on IRC targeting me, and mass groups are trying to coverup these crimes of what she or who she was and what they were involved in,in destroying my life After talking to Sophia, different one obviously, to explain the situation so that she could understand the specifics, she got very defensive, not wanting to help me, and started in on me with the cryptic harassment, blowing me off, and refusing to get back to me. For example, I will call you tomorrow ended up in 4 days, and upon me calling the office, to figure out what is going on was unacceptable to them, with them starting in on me with the harassment Eventually, they picked a location for the job, and the location I was to meet her first was across the street from the main location and when Will said this on the phone, instantly, I said that, that doesn't make sense, cannot be across the street where everyone can see, and then Will lied to me saying. "Oh, no it's not across the street, it's in the general area" That night, I noticed online, it was across the street and when I called Sophia to change the location, her number was disconnected. This is also prior to a 2nd conversation with her the night before the job was to be, confirming everything and telling her to bring me her investigators number or ID. At the point I could no longer contact her with the new location I left a message for John or Will in regards to simply changing the location and all of a sudden they got extremely defensive and thugging and going off on me about all this back and forth stuff in unacceptable and trying to make it look like I was being difficult for simply trying to hire a PI, Talk to a PI so they can understand what the job is and then change a location once lied too seems pretty simple to me, and should be no big deal. But when you are dealing with people trying to be middle men, and stopping you from having direct contact with the PI, how can anything get done, and you don't even really know who you hired. Hence why what they are doing seems pretty fraudulent to me because non of this should not be a big deal and I can assure you that I am not asking for anything out of the norm, but to be treated right, and work with a PI to get the job done who is professional and not against you. (If you know who I am and what has been done to my life, You can understand that statement) At this point, Will calls me up trying to control, leverage, overpower me, and things like this. I do give him a new location but he breaks all contact with me and Sophia, which disconnecting her phone seems pretty damn odd to me, and shows guilt most likely. I call Jon up and he plays the same game. At this point I make a Judgement that I do not trust these people and the way they operate and they are not on the side of helping me, and just want to steal my money, and will probably do whatever it takes to take me money, and do nothing to help me except try to help the people who targeted me in the first place. So I tell John, I am no longer interested in their services, which they had not yet provided me, and I want my money back. Well, just like I thought, John tells me, there are no refunds and it's in the contract, so I go through the contract on the phone with him and there is nothing in there. He gets mad, says, you don't get your money back, and if you want us to proceed, then call them. also trying to intimidate me "You pissed off an P.I." For trying to work with them and not kissing their thugging and bullying *ss. But of course, these aren't honest people you can work with, nor am I allowed to actually talk to a PI, with PI Credentials. Which seems pretty odd you would call a PI firm, and not be allowed to directly talk to a PI, unless someone is trying to control and censor information and the situation to stop you from getting help or frame you in a situation.
