I had been searching for a process server for a small claims matter after multiple failed attempts through the Sheriff's Department, as the defendant was being very evasive and uncooperative. He kept me updated via text throughout the process and also made numerous phone calls to walk me through everything in great detail, which I really appreciated. Be sure to follow his instructions so everything is handled properly and received correctly by both the defendant and the court. He helped me navigate a very sticky matter and gave me confidence the job was being done right. I absolutely would refer Ismael and would not hesitate to use him again if needed. Highly recommend.

During one conversation, John told me I was wasting his time, raised his voice at me, and the interaction became so upsetting that it brought me to tears. He showed no concern for how he was treating me. Once they learned I had been in escrow (even though the transaction ultimately fell through), their response was essentially that if I had money for escrow, then I had money to pay the debt. I was willing to pay the original balance and even reasonable interest because I understood it was my responsibility and I had not realized there was a lien in my name. The only person who treated me with kindness and professionalism was Emma, the paralegal.
