Jason was not the first private investigator I reached out to; but he was the only one who cared. Jason was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Although I am SO happy that I was able to get the person of interest served with his court orders, I am so sad to no longer be working with Jason, because he is just that awesome. After many hours of investigation we needed Jason to take a picture of our l subject driving. He got one of him getting off the car but not of him actually driving. Jason also lead us to believe that he could have our subject arrested with the help of local police. That he has done that on several occasions. He again did not come through. One investigation was cut two hours short and said he would use that as a credit. Every time after he kept charging us the full amount... long story short he never used the credit and he says he won't refund credits. I would be hesitant to believe his promises. read more

I am trying to complete an application for work that requires a criminal background check. I've been employee with the company for 22 years.
