So this review is a long time coming. In 2017 I had originally hired Josh and his company to help me collect proof of someone who had made a website about me releasing all my personal information, and posting revenge porn on me. We knew who did it but we needed to collect the proof for court. Unfortunately my attorney was horrible at working with and getting back to Josh with necessary paperwork to allow him to do his job. My attorney was more focused on getting child support ordered and not civil matters. Josh offered to help with determining how much my ex really made and offered to look into his accounts. My attorney never got back to him. I eventually forgot about pursing anything because it just got so tiring constantly asking my attorney if he'd contacted or talked with the investigators I'd hired. I decided to just not ask for my retainer back in case I wanted to pursue it on my own after dealing with the whole child support issue. Two years later my girlfriend won her civil suit and was awarded damages. Unfortunately she had spent all her money on the costly process of suing someone for defamation and slander. She won of course because she had all the proof but she didn't have money left over to retain an investigator to track down the respondent. I remembered that I still had a retainer with Josh and told her I didn't know if it was allowed but if it was I'd transfer it over to her so she could find this woman. It had been about two years since Josh and I spoke but he remembered my case and everything. He asked how everything was going for me and if I was doing okay in general. After we caught up, I explained my friends situation and asked if I could transfer my retainer for her to use to collect her restitution. He was more than happy to do that which is amazing! I'm so happy that I found Justice Solutions Group and I can honestly say after years of dealing with various investigators and initially trying to find one before I found Josh that his company is the most honest and helpful and caring company in this field that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Thank y'all so much for all the help and suggestions you gave me. I'm just sorry my attorney never got back to you guys promptly as the way you did with him. I like to think that my life is under control, but sometimes it just isn't.
