So this review is a long time coming. In 2017 I had originally hired Josh and his company to help me collect proof of someone who had made a website about me releasing all my personal information, and posting revenge porn on me. We knew who did it but we needed to collect the proof for court. Unfortunately my attorney was horrible at working with and getting back to Josh with necessary paperwork to allow him to do his job. My attorney was more focused on getting child support ordered and not civil matters. Josh offered to help with determining how much my ex really made and offered to look into his accounts. My attorney never got back to him. I eventually forgot about pursing anything because it just got so tiring constantly asking my attorney if he'd contacted or talked with the investigators I'd hired. I decided to just not ask for my retainer back in case I wanted to pursue it on my own after dealing with the whole child support issue. Two years later my girlfriend won her civil suit and was awarded damages. Unfortunately she had spent all her money on the costly process of suing someone for defamation and slander. She won of course because she had all the proof but she didn't have money left over to retain an investigator to track down the respondent. I remembered that I still had a retainer with Josh and told her I didn't know if it was allowed but if it was I'd transfer it over to her so she could find this woman. It had been about two years since Josh and I spoke but he remembered my case and everything. He asked how everything was going for me and if I was doing okay in general. After we caught up, I explained my friends situation and asked if I could transfer my retainer for her to use to collect her restitution. He was more than happy to do that which is amazing! I'm so happy that I found Justice Solutions Group and I can honestly say after years of dealing with various investigators and initially trying to find one before I found Josh that his company is the most honest and helpful and caring company in this field that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Thank y'all so much for all the help and suggestions you gave me. I'm just sorry my attorney never got back to you guys promptly as the way you did with him. I appreciate y'all and my girlfriend is so happy that she'll be able to collect her long overdue restitution! read more

I like to think that my life is under control, but sometimes it just isn't. We all have wacky situations and I recently got visited by the drama fairy and needed some help with a very intimate matter that required discretion and urgency. A friend had shared their experience with Justice and recommended them, and I was hesitant at first because.... who knew?! Since when are there PI's on Yelp?? I got in touch with them and they were understanding and totally willing to take the first steps in helping resolve the main "legal" issue in my situation. They are able to outline your options and their services and they are so realistic and professional, while emphasizing the integrity of keeping the client's trust. That's so important and I definitely would say I feel safe sharing my dirty laundry with them. You never know when you'll need it, but it's good to know that they are there. I have a few things to get in order so that they can help me keep moving forward. I will update as time goes on! read more

The guys at Justice were great. I had a judgement and needed to find a bank account of the person that owed me money. They were able to find both accounts in about a week. Simple, fast, easy to deal with. Hopefully I never have to hire a private investigator again but they were good. read more

I needed some advice on an issue with a person who was exhibiting stalking behavior and had even let himself into my house on one occasion. I was also getting a lot of friend requests on Facebook from people I didn't know. Anyway, I called a couple of other places and then talked with Josh, who had a lot of experience with cases like mine. He checked into the person and found out I was not the only one being harassed, and helped me put the right legal pieces in place so that it would stop. Worked exactly the way he said it would. Can't thank these guys enough, they are great to work with and definitely put my mind at ease. read more

Several years ago, we learned that our nephew was living in a very dangerous environment. Believing we had a strong case, we went to court, but were only awarded visitation. Earlier this year, conditions quickly deteriorated jeopardizing our nephew's safety and well-being. We had to act fast. We contacted Josh at Justice Solutions Group who spent well over an hour with us getting all the facts and details of the case. Within days, Josh and his crew were out in the field conducting high tech and manual surveillances, background checks and interviews. Josh worked this case as if it were his own family member in jeopardy. Josh kept us in the loop every step of the way. Every text and/or call was returned immediately. Within three months, we were ready to go back to court. The evidence obtained by JSG was overwhelming, compelling the court to give us immediate custody. Josh and his crew worked through many nights, weekends and even holidays. We could not have achieved this result without the dedication and professionalism of Justice Solutions Group. We are completely indebted to Josh and his crew. Thank you Josh and God bless you! read more

The guys at Justice Solutions Group were very helpful. I never thought that I would need to contact a private investigator, but sometimes things come up and you need help. They had good reviews on Yelp, and from the first phone call Josh was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you! read more

I have heard people say there are three people you will need at least once in your life, a Police Officer, an Attorney and a Priest. In my experience as a small business owner, it's actually four people, because hiring a good private investigator is like consulting with all three rolled into one. Josh has been my investigator/go-to for background checks and ad-hoc legal advice for several years. When I need to check something/someone out, he handles it. When I need to have my attorney work with him, he is fast and professional. His brother Tyler is the same, and they have never let me down. I stopped by Seal Beach yesterday and it feels like he is the town's ambassador, always happy to take time to meet and chat. There isn't anything that I would not trust him with, and I cannot recommend Justice highly enough. read more

The guys of Justice Solutions Group, Josh and Tyler, are fantastic. Friendly, reliable and efficient. I am also a small business owner and have used JSG for employee pre-screening background checks. Josh got our results at lightening speed, which really saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you JSG! read more

I finally figured out the importance of a background check after an unfortunate hire and a few bad business deals. Josh has been able to throughly check for litigious activities on new business associates and employees. I have a pretty keen sense of people but when dealing in situations that could severely impact your livelihood its best to just check people out before engaging in contracts. Josh has also consulted us on all of our event security and staffing needs providing professional and experienced staff. He's my go to guy for all safety and security consulting and contracting. read more

I work as a paralegal for a general liability defense firm and often require the assistance of a private investigator. In my legal circle, Josh's name came up regularly as someone that understands what they are doing, and does excellent work. I needed to hire a private investigator to conduct a background check for a business deal... Not just a report but solid advice. Josh is awesome, you can trust these guys. read more

I met Josh some time ago when I needed advice with some personal matters. He made me feel safe and validated what I was feeling. I spoke with some other private investigators but I felt an immediate sense of trust that I didn't have with some other businesses in the area. Not only were they extremely professional, they added a caring touch to the entire experience that made me feel safe. When I did decide to use their services, everything was done very discretely and efficiently. I was always given updates and my matter was "handled" very quickly. Thanks guys. I'll definitely be using you in the future if I need your services again! read more

I contacted Josh today on a matter. I was looking for a record in Orange County. He called me back in ten minutes with an answer. It was not the answer I wanted to hear but at least I now know. Josh was all over it in an amazing time. He didn't even charge me. I understand how valuable professional time is. He listened to me to get the scope of my issues. How nice instead of being interrupted by someone who thinks they know what I need. That's class. I have tried internet searches and paid for things I already knew. This man knows what to do. He is upfront and no shell games. I told him I was skeptical but I found out he is the real deal. He deserves your business. Thank you Josh!!! BTW, I personally only give praise to those who truly earn it and deserve it. FYI I am no longer in Everett Wa but now in Santa Ana Ca read more

I never thought I would need to hire a PI during my divorce, especially since we do not have children and very little property. However, I needed to protect what I do have against a very greedy man. Justice Solutions Group helped me tremendously! They provided information to my attorney which she used in court to prove my husband was lying about making money. He looked so bad that the judge denied him spousal support and fined him $2500 for wasting the court's time! This would not have happened if it wasn't for the guys at this wonderful company. Josh has such a passion for what he does. This isn't just a job; it's about fighting for what is right! He is there to pick you up when you feel like you have been kicked down. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to protect themselves or those they love. read more

I had a situation involving an anonymous person sending me threatening letters, vandalizing my property and incessant phone calls among other things. When nothing seemed to be able to stop them Justice was able to investigate and find out who the person was and obtain the evidence I needed to file a restraining order. I no longer have these problems anymore and will recommend them to anyone. read more

ABOVE AND BEYOND! Josh was amazing, I was very new to the process and he was so patient and took the time to walk me through any questions or information I didn't understand. Was always available via call and email, and was incredibly responsive. He even recommended me to the right people/experts when I needed to get other people involved. My job for him ended up not being a traditional one and got a little complicated, and he went well above and beyond his duty to make it right. Highly recommend and am thankful for everything they did to help! read more

After asking around in my network for a private investigator I was referred to Josh and Tyler, and I can't thank them enough. I'm sure I'm not the first with a case like mine, and won't be the last, but they made every part of the process feel like it was tailor-made for me. That might just be my relief talking, but their professionalism and care gave me much needed peace of mind in a very sensitive matter. These men are wonderful, and I will never forget what they did to help. read more

Not sure how to write a review for a PI? Should I mention Josh's personal characteristics? He's smart, honest, and trustworthy. He's the guy who's there for you when you need him. He's sensitive and concerned but tough. He's the guy you want on your side when the s*** hits the fan. Should I mention his business skills? He's professional, thorough, and competent. Should I mention his PI skills? This guy knows his craft, whether its running background checks or investigating stalker, or staking out a cheating spouse. He's bringing an "A" game of knowledge, skill and expertise to any situation and I highly recommend him to anybody needing a reliable, professional, and trustworthy investigator. read more

I found Justice Solutions Group on Yelp. To be honest, I really didn't know what to expect as I'd never dealt with any kind of investigator before. I was anxious, but Josh and his team were super kind, patient and professional. They made the whole process easy for me and discretely gathered the info I needed to resolve a personal matter. I hope to never be in the same type of situation again, but if I was, Josh would be my very first call. read more

This is the response to the Josh's comment. I am just posting my TRUE experience here and Yelp is more than welcome to justify. If you are confident why you are saying other people " fake" and "fraudulent"? No one can destroy your fame or hurt you but yourself. read more

When I first decided that I needed to hire a PI I felt like I was in the middle of some crazy action movie. I didn't know where to start looking for one so naturally, as one does in these situations, I turned to yelp. Their reviews were awesome so I figured I'd give them a shot. When I first met Josh I knew I had made the right choice, he exceeded all my expectations in regards to professionalism, and efficiency in handling my needs. Josh Chandler of JSG is great! While I believe his background is in law enforcement and security, he has skills in many other areas. He explained the importance of privacy regarding the protection of passwords and recommended a website in which to easily and safely record and recover them. He worked tirelessly to correct a pesky wifi and printing issue we were having; he even returned the following morning to correct another glitch which my husband and I caused. He is professional and personable (and patient!). I recommend Justice Solutions Group, and I will definitely call on them again! read more
