I would give him 100 stars if I could!…read more If you need a process server or private investigator who actually gets the job done, look no further than Eric Peterson. To put it into perspective: my attorney had previously hired a process server who spent an entire month trying--and failing--to locate and serve the defendant in my case. After four frustrating weeks of zero progress, Eric stepped in. He had the defendant located and served in less than 24 hours. This wasn't an easy task, either. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. What a pleasant surprise, prompt courteous and professional at a reasonable price. I needed divorce records from Orange County in1986 and here I was living in PA unable to get anything done myself. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and easy to talk to, she connected me with Ali who was knowledgeable and professional. I had the desire to look for my 13 year old half brother that I had never met. I only knew his name and that of his mothers and had an idea of his birthday. I recently engaged Orange Detective Agency for my employer, a Texas bank. The bank had issued and overnighted a cashiers check based on fraudulent instructions to an address in Sun City. Fortunately, we discovered the problem the next morning, but then we needed to recover the item pronto! Within an hour of contacting Ali Ammar there was an investigator at the address where the item was sent, interviewing neighbors and working with local police. They were successful in retrieving the item and preventing the fraudster from making off with the loot. He keeps it professional and has a lot of information to provide. As a private investigator, I would highly recommend him for any type of work related to the legal system. We knew who did it but we needed to collect the proof for court. Unfortunately my attorney was horrible at working with and getting back to Josh with necessary paperwork to allow him to do his job. My attorney was more focused on getting child support ordered and not civil matters. Josh offered to help with determining how much my ex really made and offered to look into his accounts. I got in touch with them and they were understanding and totally willing to take the first steps in helping resolve the main "legal" issue in my situation. They are able to outline your options and their services and they are so realistic and professional, while emphasizing the integrity of keeping the client's trust. That's so important and I definitely would say I feel safe sharing my dirty laundry with them. You never know when you'll need it, but it's good to know that they are there. From the very first interaction, William was professional, direct, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell he has real experience behind him, not just someone going through the motions. He understands how the legal process works, the importance of timing, and how to handle situations properly so things don't come back and cause problems later. What stood out the most to me was how responsive and on top of everything he was. I never had to chase him down for updates or wonder what was going on. He communicates clearly and follows through, which honestly is rare in this type of work. He also goes the extra mile. This wasn't a situation where someone makes one or two attempts and then moves on. He was persistent, strategic, and put in real effort to get the job done. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and actually cares about helping his clients, not just checking a box and moving on to the next job.
