I had never heard of Clandestine Information Systems (CIS ) prior to my using their professional services in August 2014. I was a complete novice of what the proper legal procedures that were required in order to carry out what I was seeking CIS to perform. I was also very stressed because of the nature of what I had to do and the time sensitivity of what had to be performed. I had called other companies and all I got were voicemails.
