If you want to taste an authentic piece of Mexico, this your place. It may be a bit out of the way but the food is so fresh and well made. There are so many options from Huaraches to Tacos . Don't forget to pick up a bottle of Boing that is similar to aguas frescas - Guayaba or Mango. ¡Delicioso!! Pick up or take out Social distancing enforced ¡Buen provecho!

I put a spell on you... La Hechicera (or Enchantress) is a bewitching place full of the great street food of Mexico as well as many of the Caribbean islands. Here you can find Tacos, Tortas (sandwiches made with large loaf of bread), huaraches (like a torta but only using the bottom part of the loaf), and tons of other goodies. This is not Subway, the food here is tasty comfort food. With ingredients such as sausage, beans, avocado, cheese, ham, carnitas, carne al pastor, nopales (cactus), rajas (cut roasted poblano peppers), ham, just to name a few. My fave things is the specialty, the tortas. I usually get the Cubana (Cuban), it's filled with a slather of refried beans, large breaded steak, ham, cheese, avocado, tomato and mayo. This is no small meal, I can only usually eat half and it's pretty cheap at about $6. They also have not only Mexican Coca-Cola, but also Pepsi as well as many other Mexican sodas and Dublin Dr. Pepper in the bottle. Full stomach = spellbound.

Fajita machete with beans & guac

False advertisement.. I ordered a machete. on the menu it looked filled with guac, beans & meat and when I received the plate it was completely different. Let me say it's a bit over priced as well for what they serve. Do the cooks receive bonus for giving out less ? ..

**** plates can feed two people*** Considering they don't serve rice and beans their plates are huge!! Food was pretty good but the BIG FALL is no prices on the menu had I known I would pay 1.50 for 3 slices of Avacado and a 1.00 for a scoop of sour cream I would have reconsidered. Overall not bad I will probably come back

Definitely check in early and make a reservation because there's a line of people out the door. Good but I wouldn't have waited otherwise. Chilaquiles were why I was in the mood for and it seemed to be their specialty! I got them and the food was super delicious. It was good but I do think that for the portion should be bigger for the price. Filling but if I wasn't about to go on a hike I'd have liked more. But liked I said, quality was pretty good. On the inside, everything was neat and clean. Plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. Definitely recommend. One of the best Mexican brunch spots in the DFW.

We were able to go to a coffee shop and relax and do our thing, and once we got to 23rd in line we decided to drive out to the restaurant. We got there right in time. We were in the parking lot when the text came in. We went in and our table was being set!!! I came for the brunch. My typical brunch is a pancake and potatoes, which I got one of each. Obviously they specialize in Mexican food, so my foods were simple and fine. Not the best in the world. My boyfriend did get a Mexican dish and said it was definitely worth coming here. I may be back because my boyfriend loved it. Mine was just ok.

Young, high-energy staff and everybody was friendly. I had an adorable little waitress who was possibly high as a kite. But flower high, not the bad stuff. Honestly, it worked in everybody's favor. She was upbeat, extremely polite, and got my order right. I'm happy. The menu is one of those long double-sided laminated things with probably 50+ breakfast choices. Everybody should be able to find something. Prices looked to range around $10-17 per entrée, and the portions were solid. They also had a bunch of turkey and chicken sausage options for non-pork eaters like myself. I ordered the chicken fried steak with hash browns, scrambled cheese eggs with onions mixed into the eggs and hash browns, plus two pancakes. Around $15. Pardon the food pics. I forgot to take them until I had already loaded everything up with every sauce known to man: ketchup, hot sauce, gravy, syrup... probably a few others. I definitely recommend this place. A gem.

A little disappointed by the coffee menu. Don't expect Starbucks lol ! I had a latte that seems mostly made of milk. Not terrible but not the best. I order the migas which is a scramble with veggies and jalapeños topped with tortilla strips. A side of hash and some tortillas. So simple, no frills. Everything tasted FRESH. Nice and crispy in all the right places. Nothing to frown at especially for the price x
