I enjoy supporting small businesses. Being gluten-free and dairy-free, I asked them loads of questions about their ingredients, way before they even finished setting up their booth. They even showed me the hot dog package so I could see the ingredients myself. (Note: if you are gluten-free, gluten is masked is lots of other ingredients so you have to be cautious). Their hot dogs did have gluten but they advised me they have walking tacos, which I love and haven't enjoyed in quite a while.
