What was first very traditional, and satisfying, morphed upscale, and now to nouveau bistro style. It's still an elegant location, but the food has a very original approach. The focus is on great ingredients, innovative preparation, and flavor. Prices have come way down and 3 course dinner is quite reasonable under 40 euros.
