Burritos here are easily 9.5/10. Very nice service and nice covered seating area. To the Yelp Elite person giving this place 2 stars - you should be ashamed of yourself. If you have a vendetta for some reason just come out with it. Why else are you trying to harm this business? Food is made fresh and served hot. That alone is worth 5 stars compared to many other places in town. Locally owned, super convenient, easy parking, fast service and reasonable prices. Carnitas, Asada and Pastor are all fantastic. Breakfast burrito one of the best I've ever had. This is simply a great food place in a neighborhood overwhelmed with cruddy fast food. I will drive across town for La Estancia! read more

I tried this spot out today with my mom, we try a lot of mexican food spots and while we usually do tacos and a burrito, this time I tried the birria tacos too. I don't know if a burrito would've been better but regardless I don't think I'd return because it wasn't anything special. Tacos are tiny, filled with meat though at least! Salsas weren't good, birria broth was bad, not super tasty and just not what I'm used to from a latin restaurant. Birria is really expensive in general so I expect more from it, especially if the broth isn't good. The service was generic, my mom wasn't impressed with it but for me it was mostly that the food just wasn't good. Also if you use a card you get charged like a dollar, but they do have signage for that. Food was so-so for sure, wouldn't return. For reference we spent $27 on 4 asada tacos, 3 birrias and the card fee. Tacos are $3, quesabirria $14. read more

I stopped by this food truck for the first time today and I'm so glad I did. I got the quesabirria and it was delicious. The meat is so juicy and the tortillas were perfectly crispy. The people working here are nice and work quickly. There are a couple of tables outside under a tent, but I took my food to go. It's in the parking lot of the Chef Store so there's a lot of parking. It is a blessing and a curse that this place is 0.5 miles away from my apartment. This taco truck is delicious. I'd say one of my favorite, if not my favorite, in Eugene/Springfield. We went on Valentine's Day before catching a movie at Cinemark, because what's more romantic than tacos and a movie date? That was the second time we visited that week. The guys working in there are very friendly and really get down on the food. I like that they are considerate and give you a buzzer to take to your car so you don't have to wait outside in this crazy Oregon weather. The tacos are priced fairly and come out pretty fast compared to other spots. Don't let their fast work fool you into thinking they lack quality. Their meats are flavorful and hit the spot. Their salsas are a perfect compliment to their tacos. They even include some grilled onions and chiles to munch on. Don't forget to ask for extra limes and sliced radishes too! I'm telling you, these tacos are pretty damn good that my mouth is watering as I write this review. I think this place gets easily missed because they're not in a very busy location. At least, not in an area you'd drive by looking for food. More people need to pay these guys a visit, they're worth it! If you like them as much as I do, leave a review and share with friend and family. Let's get them more business! They now accept credit/debit cards, but keep in mind that they charge $1 fee for using an electronic payment. This may or may not be a huge deal to some of you, but it's worth mentioning. I know I'll be going back soon and I'll make sure to take some photos to share with all of you.
