Pay at the counter, get your number, and they'll bring it to you within less than 5 minutes. Except, they'll sometimes simply call your number in Spanish and only Spanish. I've made it clear that I'm not fluent in Spanish and they're trying to incorporate more English since they'll get a diverse crowd from time to time. I probably wouldn't get both items again, even though they were not bad. I think the fries for me would just be better fresh if I had picked them up and ate them immediately. But I do appreciate they took the care to package everything nicely (the cold toppings) to be assembled later. The enchiladas were more traditional (not with heavy sauce or lots of melted cheese). I tend to prefer the Tex-Mex style where it's smothered. This just comes down to my personal preference. Definitely check them out if you need a late night meal option or are at the gas station.
