Do you love seafood? Welp! I have a place for you to check out. I'm obsessed with their oysters. Imagine Louisiana oysters... now boom! That's exactly what is giving. The grilled ones aren't the same as chargrilled but they definitely get the job done. Now the crab legs are overpriced and not worth it, yet they are good! The portion is just very small for the price. So definitely don't come here for them. Yet the oysters are reasonably priced and very delicious. I really like how the customer service here is as well. They aim to ensure you leave happy and satisfied. Did I mention the music playlist is always on point? I'm convinced they play a 90s RnB and hip hop mix from Spotify.

Delicious food and phenomenal service. Our group of 6 put the service staff to WORK and they blew us away. They were constantly changing out our plates, I felt like I got a new plate after every bite of each dish I tried. We ordered a ton of small plates and shared everything family style. So much fun. Amazing drinks. Highly recommend.

It was recommended by a friend that I must try and do I did my last night there in MCX. Perfect weather, great space and service was wonderful. Sat me promptly, settings on the table was simple and cute. Couldn't decide what to get so ordered it all. Great price for what was all ordered. From the Jugon ham, pork belly, to shrimp ceviche and plenty of oysters, etc. I'd def recommend and would go back

From the the escamoles, to the Steak with truffled potatoes, Docena hit every beat. Highly recommend the Tostada de camarones.

Well deserved the title of SA best 50! My first meal in Mexico City and lived up to my expectations. They allowed you to choose fresh shell fish right from the counter and that was a great experience that I didn't usually have outside Asia. The tacos were excellent, very delicious with the foam. And the grilled octopus was just too cute and tasty. I came right from the airport and the staff was very nice to help me with my luggage. Thumbs up and I will be back!

The cocktails were ridiculously creative (including ingredients like soursop juice, eucalyptus, charred pineapple, worm salt, basil, cucumber etc--obviously not all in the same cocktail), and served in dramatic glasses with fun garnishes. In terms of food, we were four people and we shared four starters (yellow-fin ceviche, kampacho and blue fin sashimi (which they call laminadas), and a shrimp "envelope"--each one was remarkable, and served with flavorful sauces that complimented the dish. Our mains were also good, though not as spectacular--they offer Catch of the Day (mahi mahi today) prepared in three different styles. The plain one (pan seared with shallot butter) was nothing special, but the option served over spinach with a cream sauce was incredible. The grilled shrimp main was also excellent as was the chocolaty dessert. Overall a delightful meal with excellent service and cocktails!

Turns out everything we had was really fresh and delicious. Personal favorites were the Camarones al Ajillo, the Pulpo, the Yellowfin ceviche, the Mahi-mahi, and the suckling pig. Which was basically most of what we ordered... Taking off a star because there were a few options on the menu that weren't available, which was a little disappointing. And despite how delicious everything was, it was all fairly simple and traditional, without much wow factor to account for the higher prices. The service was fantastic as well, however, so this is a definite recommend!

On our last night he said we are going to a fabulous authentic Mexican restaurant. A 2 minute walk from the hotel brought us to Las Mercedes. The service is impeccable and the menu is diverse an authentic drawing from different regions of Mexico. Our waiter spent a considerable amount of time with us describing the dishes of interest to us. I finally said pork and spicy please. Our appetizers included beef and veggie tacos. My dining companion had the blackened red snapper and I had the shredded pork cooked in banana leaves homemade corn tortillas accompanied my dish. To be honest I could have ordered a dozen more menu offerings as each looked fabulous. If you are in the area this is a must for dinner or even brunch. 6 Yelp Stars!

Being from California, I was surprised to hear that they opened their newest location at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas last month. We ordered the tuna tostada that people rave about. It was ok. We could have used some more assertive flavor from acid or spice. I couldn't eat a whole fish (their signature dish), so we went with shrimp in their adobo rub in a taco and fish al pastor. These were also just ok, but the price tags are high for their entrees. I've seen pictures of others fish al pastor with onions and cilantro and that certainly would have added something I felt was missing. The one thing we ordered and loved was their seasonal mackerel ceviche which was in an apple/citrus/olive oil sauce. It was unique and delicious. I think their ceviche and aguachile are probably their strengths, but the cost is pretty high to leave feeling underwhelmed. Honestly, we will be going back to mi compa chava for better seafood
