BEST ceviche in the area! I always see this place driving on the 91 and it is definitely a hidden gem. So glad I finally tried it! I ordered "El Crudo" and it did not disappoint. They had two sizes- I got the smaller one and it was perfect for me. My dad got the larger size and he had some leftover. I would recommend the large size if you're sharing with another person. We waited 10 minutes to be seated (which don't get me wrong, I'm not disappointed about this part) on a pretty empty restaurant. It was 11:30am on Sunday 11/23/25.
