While I was there either at the counter or waiting our turn, two separate people, (people who came into this place because they needed help) were cursing at the officer and calling them the devil. I don't see how someone can come into someone else's "house" seeking help and then be such an asswhole to the very people who are trying to and are tasked with helping them. The parking lot is large and a big beautiful American flag waves with a California flag underneath it on the flagpole. The building looks contemporary and was very clean inside. Lots of seating. There's several postings as you enter with QR codes to scan so don't forget your phone! You'll need to scan the QR code to get in line. If you have an appointment, like I did, you can bypass the line and click the link inside the reminder email that the DMV should have sent. The visit was quick once I was called up for a confirmation of my application, visual test and a new picture.
