If it seems a little on the speedy side, it cost me almost $17 with tax, they justify by giving a big portion of Chicken and rice. It's enough to split among two people. I was quoted a 10 min wait time so I would expect a longer wait time if there was actually a line. I'm more used to Asian variations of these types of dumplings. It came with a container of sour cream and it added a layer of hearty deliciousness I wasn't used to but was a rich treat. It was a fabulous comfort lunch on a chilly rainy day. I'll happily come back with some coworkers the next time I'm on that side of town!

There's a variety of Food Carts including Philly Cheese, Boboblastic, Omar's Gyro, SJ star Korean and Japanese food cart, Taj Indian Cuisine, and a few Mexican food carts. The Mexican food cart in the back corner does GrubHub. Park the Carts food carts all use pagers that blink and shake when your food is ready, which is a nice service. All the food cart vendors were very nice. The line of food carts along the busy street, dampened the noise. The U shaped alignment of carts allows for a breeze to flow in.
