The food is always great and so are the prices. The help are always on the ball, and the beer is cold.

2.5 stars for me It was only ok. I had the taco salad with grilled chicken (thigh - I don't enjoy chicken thigh) and it was over loaded with sour cream and cheese and I wasn't into it. My friend I met for lunch loves the chili relleno burrito. Good service at this cute place. read more

Best restaurant in Red Bluff? Well, we went their twice in 100 degree weather to and from our drive to Lassen Volcanic National Park in the summer. Good prices, plentiful portion sizes and outstanding Mexican food. I had the delicious enchiladas in salsa verde sauce covered with cheesy goodness and complemented with sour cream, greens, creamy beans (so good!), and rice. I only wished I lived closer to go there regularly. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area! read more

Quality and quantity. Very friendly atmosphere. Popular Red Bluff restaurant. Relatives travel from Redding to eat here.

Their salsa is absolutely delicious. A bit zippy, but not too hot, and a good amount of cilantro, which I love. It's the only place I've bought salsa from to take home. read more

I gave it a 2nd chance bc a friend loves it here and wanted to go. It was near closing, but they welcomed us anyways. They were very friendly & the portions were generous. I do love the salsa! The staff was very friendly, and the food tasted better this time. read more

When it comes to Mexican restaurants, we have quite a few here in Red Bluff. Almost as many as Chinese restaurants! La Corona is a good choice for decent American style Mexican food. It just your normal burritos, enchiladas, tacos and other normal favorites, served with rice and beans. I decided on this visit to just get a single steak burrito wet style, covered with sauce, rather than get the hand held no sauce burrito. If you're eating inside a restaurant, you might as well use a knife and fork! The burrito was good, maybe not as good as something from the depths of Los Angeles, but for Red Bluff it's pretty good. At least you don't have to worry about your car being stolen here! read more

When I visited La Corona Mexican Restaurant, we were craving authentic mexican food. I pulled up the trusty Yelp app and found they have great reviews and yummy pictures. My ordered 2 crispy asada tacos, with beans and rice. Coming from a family where we cooked authentic cuisines, La Corona hit the nail on the head. The rice and beans tasted just like home. As I bit into my tacos, the flavor of the asada might just be better than mine, haha! Each savory bite I took I felt like my eyes rolled to the back of my head it was so good! This is a perfect spot to indulge in your cravings. I highly recommend you to stop in and try for yourself the different plates they have to offer. At this time of crisis, you will have to call in your order. Might want to check their hours as well. read more

dining in the other day, when a homeless man walked in,no shoes on; a few bucks in hand. Instead of turning him away, the server seated him for a few mins, then brought him back a to go container of food. I was truly shocked by how kind the server was to this man, and it gave me a little hope for humanity still. (If your reading this, you are an amazing individual) Also the food is 5 star here btw ! read more

Good lord. What a place. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Northern California. I couldn't believe how good this place is. We ordered the Birria. OMG the quality of the mutton which is rare to get in the first place was so good. Also ordered the Michelada to go along with this. Sorry I finished it before I remembered to take a photo. Also those of you complaining about the service...please note these guys are short staffed. They can't help not serving you on time. You'll just have to be patient. read more

Came here for lunch, my absolute favorite restaurant in town. Can never go wrong with Carne asada fries

This is my favorite Mexican food place to go to it's affordable and it's good, the service is alright I think one of the servers needs a little work she is young I can tell but she would just set something down super fast and walk away without saying anything and there was a few times I needed something but she'd be gone so quick before I could even get a word out, I had to ask one one of the other servers for something and she was super nice and a good server she had pink hair maybe she can give the other one a few tips but this is why I'm giving it 4 stars not 5, (mind you this was like a a few weeks ago) read more

Wow that is the BEST salsa I have had in YEARS. Chips are huge and warm. Even during Covid they practice safe distancing and protocols to make me feel comfortable to eat in house. Atmosphere is welcoming and authentic music wafts thru the dining area. Rice is flavorful, guacamole is awesome, carne asada has rich flavors. Chimichanga was Tall and full of yummy flavorful chicken. And back to their salsa, DAYM its good. read more
