I have no idea, but the food here is amazing…read more The whole chicken dinner features a whole chicken that has been cut up, rice, beans, grilled jalapeno, and grilled onion, supported by flour tortillas and crispy corn tortillas, and salsa. The dinner easily feeds 3 with leftovers for 1 lunch. The whole flame grilled chicken is amazing, juicy inside with some very tastey blackened spots that are just perfect. It is hard to get those blackened spots without overdoing it, but this truck has the flame grill dialed in to perfection and gets the essential blackening done perfectly. The refried beans are amazing too, and the red rice is nice and fluffy. The salsa has a bit of nice heat, with a very fresh cilantro element. Today, I pulled some chicken, put it on a tortilla, added some beans and rice, then topped it all with a slice of the grilled onion and salsa. The result was a fat street taco that easily competes with the best in the west street tacos, and in a contest, would likely win hands down! This was my first visit to the truck, but I'd had the food before when brought home by a family member. Now I know just where to go for great food, and look forward to going back for the asada.
