I order a wet carne asada burrito. The meat is could taste was good quality but it had no flavor at all. No seasoning im guessing even the sause on top of the burrito didn't taste like nothing. Came here for breakfast with my family. Found this place by accident.... It's a hidden gem!! The service was topnotch... chips are made fresh daily. The ambiance was perfect for our family. Polite and friendly staff. Now to what matters most... the food was amazing. My picky children had no problem devouring there food. They insisted I try their food. We celebrated our daughter's baptism here, we rented the hall and restaurant together. Staff is amazing, great service. Birria Plate and Tacos were served for dinner. I'm sorry I can't recommend this place. The location is in an okay part of San Bernardino. There was plenty of parking. Went inside and found plenty of seating. This place is definitely designed for large groups. I was greeted by a middle age male who seemed pretty nice and cordial. He brought out a menu rather quickly and provided me with a menu. They provide complimentary chips and salsa, which I thought was nice. I didn't particularly like the flavor of the salsa. It was watered down and lacked flavor, but I figured they have to keep cost down. I had the Molcajete, and was deeply disappointed with the overall flavor. The chicken was very dry and the meat was not much better. The shrimp were smaller than the previous photos I had seen on social media so I was disappointed, but they did taste good. The shrimp was my favorite part of the molcajete. I have had much better Molcajete at other restaurants. I tasted some other plates and the food was just okay. For the price, I believe I would have been better off at another Mexican restaurant. Service was good and the place is clean. My rating is strictly on the Molcajete. It was a disappointment for me and because of the many choices available elsewhere, not sure if I will return. read more

I decided to go with the Fajitas Trio (beef, shrimp, chicken) since our server mentioned that was one of their specialties. The interior of the restaurant was nicely decorated and a lot bigger inside than we were expecting. They also have outdoor seating and a banquet room for special events and karaoke. My husband has tried menudo at various restaurants in our area and he really enjoyed the one here. They lit my fajitas on fire when they brought it out to our table. The tortillas are also handmade, yum...... Their salsas are also very tasty. To be honest, we came with really no expectations and wanted to check this place out because we were referred, but we were really impressed. They have a breakfast menu and all their prices are fair. The mango tasted like it was canned which really threw it off. The only positive thing I can say is that the customer service was good and the staff was kind. I ordered the cheese enchiladas which were good, the sauce was a little different (in a good way) compared to other Mexican restaurants that we've eaten at. The chips taste fresh and the salsa has the perfect level of heat. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. Out favorite is the Molcajete! The salsa has a great flavor and kick to it. Server was extremely nice. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes. The shrimp cocktail was average and tasted about what you would expect. This is our third time coming to La casa for breakfast. First of all the waiter is so kind and super attentive. Now for the food.. it has not disappointed us. We've tried 8 different meals and they have all been 10/10. On the weekend they serve pozole & menudo. The chile used for the mocajete was so amazing and I had to order a side bowl of it for my chips. They don't have liquor yet but, they do have beer in glass bottles & had 1 beer on draft. This place is a hidden gem. Just stopped by this morning 5/17/2025 and the service along with the food is nothing short of quality authentic Mexican food. The service was nice I ordered pozole take out/ it was good, but I mostly had bone and broth, barely any hominy and pork. I feel like I was cheated out of the portion and for $16 I feel like they just use the bone in the pork to make it seem like it was something in there, but there was barely anything. It wasn't worth it . For 12$ that I pay when I go to other places like la taquiza I get a free side of beans and a full tray of chips and a medium pot size portion/ it takes me two days to finish but here I wasn't even full afterwards. This location has changed owners recently so this restaurant is now Mexican themed and has only been open for two months so I stopped here for the first time today for dinner. I had the three cheese enchiladas with beans, some rice and a delicious caramel sundae for dessert. The restaurant is beautiful inside as it had been recently remodel by the previous owner.
