I ordered the brownie and a cookie. The brownie was so over cooked and hard. It wasn't soft or chewy like the other places I've tried. The cookie was also hard. My son also got cookies and his cookies were also hard. Please do better. I'm not sure if the cookies/brownies are old or whoever is making them is over cooking them, maybe it was a bad day? But was not worth me paying 22 bucks. Only thing that was enjoyable was the ice cream. I will give this place one more try in hopes that, that day was just a bad day and I'll change my review if I have a better experience.

What made it more frustrating was that a manager was standing right beside her and didn't step in to assist or improve the interaction. While the food itself was fine, the customer service left a lasting negative impression. This visit reminded us why we haven't been back in a while. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because a welcoming and helpful attitude goes a long way in creating a positive dining experience.

Graduated to Crumble Cookies (these fellas are hard to beat to be honest), and now we have The Cookie Plug! I don't wanna compare apples with apples, but, this is basically Crumble Cookies - just "hipper". And yes, my boomer a** just said hipper. Same concept as the other place, cookie wise, just in way more fun packaging, beautiful 90s rap music playing in the store, fun art / graffiti decorating the place, and very interesting narco-culture themes (like their "purple drank" which is served in double styrofoam cups), or the mini versions of the cookies that are packaged in the same little plastic tubes as your weed would come in... and let's not forget, "plug", is in the title. However, does "the pizza joint" and all of its drug referenced pizza stop me from enjoying pizza? Naw. Drug references aside, the cookies are legit good. I'm not there for clever puns anyways, so I really don't care. To any that might be bothered by it? Please remember that they are NOT selling drugs and/or alcohol of any kind - it's just clever referencing to capture the attention of the current youth in our society that thinks drug usage is "cool". Again, I don't care - you can theme the whole thing off bathrooms and toilets and I'll still go to enjoy the cookies! Their service is fine. The staff member will address you, ask if you have been there before, explain each flavor they have, and then explain any/all deals they are running. For example, it's the 4th of July Weekend. So, you can get any 12 cookies you want for $17.76! Yes, y'all know I'm a historian - and that in a nerd about this kind of stuff - but when I was told about the special, I smiled and was like, "oh that's clever". The staff member was like "aha yea"... but had this look. I immediately picked up on it and asked, "wait, you know what they're doing with that, right?" ... nervously she's like "ohhh umm, no I'm sorry I don't know" .... I then explain to her when our nation was born, some 247 years ago... in 1776. The lightbulb then went off and she's like "ohhhh see I thought it was something like that" (good save).
