This is ice cream for grown up taste buds! If you are feeling a little under the weather, nothing soothes a sore throat like blueberry crumble ice cream sandwiched between two warm out of the oven cookies!!! Let me tell you their ice cream flavors are fantastic, and I make my own ice cream!!! The nice feature about their location is that they have an outdoor patio with tables, chairs and heaters to take off the winter chill. You can sit outside in December and have your dessert date- parents take note! This is a quick little get away from the kids for a few minutes, right in the neighborhood, not expensive and just a great treat.

Ordered home delivery and it was GREAT! #BakedBearAtHome I was delighted for how effective and beautiful everything was packed. Specially the cookies assortment. Their cookies assortment is a great idea to have deliver a cute delicious present to someone. The brownie was good as well but I ordered a brownie and a blonde and only got the brownie. The Ice Cream was so good it didn't last long. By far my favorite was "Bear Batter" the blue delicacy was by far the most delicious ice cream I have had in years. Cons: the sugar and calories but if you are for a treat The Bake Bear is the place!

I'm so glad we spontaneously stopped by The Baked Bear after lunch yesterday! My boyfriend & I decided to share 6 cookies for $7. We chose the Funfetti, sea salt peanut butter chocolate, cookies & cream, gooey butter cake, snickerdoodle, and red velvet. One thing I loved about all of these cookies was that they were crispy on the edges and super soft in the middle & throughout the inside. We both loved the gooey butter cake! The sweetness was strong enough that I wouldn't eat more than 1-2 of these at once, but the flavor was so good. It tasted like they added salt which I didn't expect. Both the gooey butter cake and red velvet had a cookie / cake hybrid texture. The snickerdoodle and Funfetti were also delicious! The sea salt peanut butter chocolate had a very strong peanut butter taste that was balanced out really well by the chocolate pieces & sea salt. The cookies & cream was about average - it tasted more sweet than like any specific flavor. If I had to compare The Baked Bear to other cookie places, I would say that it ranks similarly to but is cheaper than Insomnia Cookies, and it is still below Tiff's Treats. All 3 places are great though. I would definitely come back and try their ice cream!

A unique way to eat ice cream but it tastes soooo good. You get to pick one of the various cookies or brownies along with the icr cream. You can also get the cookie warmed up. Or you can just get the cookiee or ice cream, there so many options available. $$$ They also offer military discounts so be sure to ask. $$$

Wanted and needed some dessert in my system and Baked Bear delivered. Not literally because we went inside for them. Bad jokes aside the service and flavors were all you can ask for. It's always a cheat day in here and we are lucky to have them close. The parking is good and you can even go on their drive-thru which makes it easier to get your fix. You pick the cookies or brownies you want to use for your sandwich and then move into selecting your ice cream of choice with the option to add toppings. Give it a try. Provecho!

The cookie sandwich is really big. I got the cookie monster cookie and the s'mores ice cream inside. The cookies were the right softness to have a crunch to bite into the Damaris without breaking the cookie and smashing the ice cream down. The place was really clean. The lady who served me was very friendly and professional. I'm definitely coming back again.

The Baked Bear is a place of comfort. If you are having a bad day and need a warm hug, go to the Baked Bear and get a warm brownie and top it with your ice cream of choice. Time to celebrate? Get some artisan crated ice cream from Baked Bear! It's not my first time visiting and like always, it never disappoints. We got Gooey Butter Cake cookie, Cookie Monster cookie, classic Chocolate Chip Cookie, brownie, Toasted S'mores ice cream & Cookies & Cream ice cream. As you can see in the pictures I couldn't wait to try the Gooey Butter Cookie cause I hadn't tried it yet and like every other choice it didn't disappoint. It's like biting into a delicious classic butter cake with the texture of a cookie. The staff is always nice and friendly and the place is always very clean.

Been seeing the ads for this place on social media for a while, so decided to get some dessert after dinner. Ambiance - The inside is cutely bar themed and the workers were all really nice about my indecisiveness. You can try the ice cream too! Unfortunately, you can't sample the cookies since there were flavors there that I've never tried before. Food - Came with a couple of friends and we all shared 2-3 cookie sandwiches. So many options, but they were all really good! I definitely couldn't have eaten a whole cookie sandwich though. Overall, cute little area for some dessert if your'e in the mood for ice cream and cookies/donuts. The best of both worlds!

Enjoyed a double cookie ice cream sandwich today at the Baked Bear. I normally don't do desert, but a friend told me about this place and we tried it out after lunch. I had a fudge bottom cookie layer, then traditional vanilla bean ice cream center, covered by a chocolate chip cookie and topped off by a beautiful matrix of hit fudge drizzle covering the sandwich. We all know that this is a special treat, and something we can't eat often. But when we do, we don't want it to be wasted calories. The calories are spent decadently, but not wasted on bad taste. The fudge brownie base was exquisite and rich. The vanilla bean ice cream was luscious and creamy. And the hot fudge drizzle made things perfect. The pricing on the desert here is slightly high, but not unreasonable. I spent $14 for two of the ice cream sandwiches. Everything is made fresh, and the place is clean and attendants are positive and ready to help you. Overall a very good experience.

I've been waiting for this.. forever!!

I had wanted to try this place for since always! The process of customizing your whole treat is super fun and exciting! To be honest, the gooey butter cookie was AMAZING. But again, choose your own adventure, so go wild!! My only regret: I sometimes forget I am basically lactose intolerant.. I should've mentally (and physically) prepared for how I would feel afterwards. All in all, very cute little date night spot though (-:

$13.50 plus tip for two ice cream sandwiches. Kinda spend, but the expresso ice cream was delicious! My husband enjoyed his cookie dough ice cream too!! We will come back for the ice cream, although in a cone or cup next time! Staff was nice, although by husband asked for the half cookie/ half brownie, but he received both cookies. When the mistake was caught, she had already warmed them up, so he just let it go. I ordered mine the same as him, but the second girl got it right.

Always a favorite! The staff is always quick and attentive! They always give great suggestions on what to order as well! The cookies always taste fresh and the ice cream is always on point! The amount of varieties you can have is amazing as well! It is on the pricier side but the dessert you get is always huge! I never end up finishing it and I usually have left overs for the next night! They have a variety of cookies anywhere from chocolate chip to sugar cookies to snicker doodle. They have a variety of ice creams such as: vanilla, chocolate, cookie dough cookies&cream, and so much more! You can also add toppings to the side of the cookie sandwich such as: sprinkles, chocolate chips, whip cream, and so many other options! We will always return whenever we are craving a delicious ice cream sandwich!

I thought it would be weird for kids at night, but no, they made us feel welcome like everyone else there. The kids LOVED the process of making the ice cream; it was like a magic show to them! I pointed out the line that distributed the liquid nitrogen to the 3 mixers, and yes they are quite loud. It's all part of the experience though since it fogs up and the coolness factor is upped with the fog and sounds. If you've never experienced nitrogen anything like cold brew, ice cream etc, yes it can be jarring. I would suggest that they have signs posted or warn when they're about to start mixing to let the uninitiated know. The ice cream itself is amazing. Custom made in small artisanal batches, you'll never get the same since they mix it right in front of you, kinda like an omakase bar. I think the milk fat percentage is like 15%-25% because the alcohol added cuts through the taste and can be overwhelming without that creaminess. You can have it with or without alcohol and of course the kids loved their Cookie Monster (cookies and cream) and berry shaved ice, without alcohol of course. I got a Cool Brew with Kahlua and it was sooo smooth! Really delicious and will wake you up! Ice creams run around $8 for 3 ingredients and the named ones are between $10-$13, which is really good considering they have alcohol in them and it's strong. They don't skimp on flavor or ingredients here. I didn't see the food menu until later but I'm excited to try their fried pickles. My kids were getting antsy by then and we needed to go. This was such a fun and unique experience and I love that it's in El Paso, vs Austin or OC. Really cool concept and they actually delivered with the taste. Come out and support local!
