I had been promising my daughter that I would bring her to Cold Stone Creamery, and with it being 93 degrees out, it was the perfect day to Indulge! We each ordered a chocolate dipped waffle cone that was scooped to the brim! I had French vanilla and chocolate ice cream and my daughter had a mix of cotton candy ice cream. This location is in the middle of an Albertsons parking lot so it's super easy to find which was helpful Bc it's night time. The inside was very clean and the place they prepare the ice cream was also clean. The tables are small and only seat 2 and 4. The female who helped me made sure to mix my toppings in and made sure my ice cream toppled over the container :) They give a military discount t which is super awesome! read more

I could walk into a Cold Stone blindfolded and I would immediately know I'm in a Cold Stone... not just because they're always super cold, but they just have this smell of pure sugar that is so distinct... I love it! Comparing this to the other CS in El Paso (the one on the Eastside that's inside a gas station... a nice gas station though), I like this one most. There's actual seating inside and outside and there's a clear line. And if you don't know they offer discounts to the military and those that are preggers (and apparently you only have to show an ultrasound). This CS is always properly stocked and the ice cream is made in this store! It's creamy and delicious. Do yourself a favor and get one of their brownies. The brownies are super dense, but moist and delicious mixed into ice cream. The view outside is essentially Mesa, but it is actually pretty nice to just sit on the patio with a Love It sized cup of ice cream. On the past two occasions I've went with my hubby, we sat out on the patio. Top recommendation from me is either the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip (mint ice cream, chocolate chips, and brownies) or the Founders Favorite. read more

Two words about Cold Stone...pricey and pricey! We were craving ice cream so we ordered some from Uber Eats the other day. The portions were tiny for $9 each. Once it was all said and done, it was almost $23. I should've just gone to the gas station or grocery store for my ice cream fix! Seriously, I could hear my grandmother yelling at me in my head for spending this crazy amount of money on ice cream. Lol. We hadn't had any from here in years so I went with it. The ice cream tasted pretty good but it was a bit too sweet for me. What really got me was the price for such a small quantity. This is the reason why I can't give this transaction more than three stars. Some years back, I remember them having coupons for buy one, get one free ice cream cones or cups. That would be great if they still offered them. I don't think they take coupons at Uber Eats but you never know. I'm leaning more towards no. I think it would be a good idea if they did. The cheesecake fantasy ice cream is cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker pice crust, blueberries and strawberries- YUM! For those of you who are cheesecake fanatics, then I highly recommend this flavor! My husband favorites is the strawberry blonde. You are able to choose from their signature creations or create your own ice cream and add whatever toppings you want to your ice cream. I personally always choose their signature creations because whenever I create my own ice cream, its either overly sweet or just too bland. This location is great, staff are very nice and quick! My order came through door dash and honestly the workers were lazy and didn't like their job or the driver ate off both of my cups of ice cream. I ordered the love it and it could have come in a smaller container. It was supposed to be extra Oreos but there were more chocolate chips then Oreos. The place is clean, the employees are friendly, attentive and patient. My husband is a bit picky when he's trying new flavors/combos for the first time and Luis was extremely patient and informative on which signature creations were good to try if you haven't already experienced them. He even mentioned a few times about their ongoing buy one get one free promotion. We tried 2 new signature flavors and were beyond happy with Luis's suggestions. Guy at the counter offered me some free samples because I was unfortunately being so indecisive and I know how frustrating that can be for workers =_=; (sorry dude!) He was really friendly though and even though I'm sure I was annoying him he helped me choose a good flavor combo. The Cheesecake Fantasy. Yum!! Cheesecake Ice cream with graham crackers, blueberries, and strawberries in a chocolate covered bowl. Even though It was around 850 calories (because I got the BIG bowl) lol whatever, still amazing and worth every calorie. But seriously, shout out to the really nice guy who helped me decide and made feel less like a dork about it. It's ice cream. Hard to screw up. I like this place well enough; the ice cream can sometimes be too sweet for my taste. I also worry about the cross-contamination of ingredients for allergic people. I went in around lunch time and my girlfriend and I were the only customers there. I was greeted when I came in but that was the only interaction I had with an employee. I waited patiently for about 10-12 minutes and was trying to ask someone for help but no one came out. Finally a worker came out but was talking on their cell phone and completely ignoring me. This is when I decided to leave because the workers were ignoring me and would not help take my order.
