We LOVED our dining experience at La Cave du Fromager! The underground dining area was enchanting, the food delicious, and wine selection was extensive. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time as we were extremely lucky to have gotten a table as a walk-in. Lastly, this is a cash only establishment, so be sure to have cash on hand before dining!

Young people don't like grease. Eat greasy! - a sign at Cave du Fromager (rough translation) We couldn't leave France without trying fondue! And we're glad we did. Well ... not exactly fondue. Fondue is just the melted cheese. What we ordered was raclette, which is pretty much a charcuterie plate where you put the cheese slices on a stove, then eat it with cured meats, bread, potatoes, etc. We started off with an appetizer of croquettes filled with melted cheese and garnished with caramelized onions! If you know us, you know how much we love our caramelized onions - Jason especially! They were a bit on the filling side for an appetizer (especially with all the melted cheese), but nonetheless, we're glad we tried it! Like most greasy food, the first few bites were delicious! Mind blowing, even! The cheese flowed right from the stovetop to the meats, and we ate it when it was piping hot while blowing steam out of our mouths. There's a reason why the French are famous for cheese! I really wish I knew what type of cheese it was, but all I know is that it was the most ideal type for me - really not too strong (I don't like blue, goat, or sheep's cheese usually), and very very soft! However, like most greasy food, the pace of eating was really not sustainable. We got full real fast (hence the minus one star). It was a fantastic last meal in France, but I will warn that you will likely not be able to finish all of it unless you're really hungry! (in fact, the next table over, two people offered to give away the remainder of their meal - more than half! - because they were too full lol)

You'd never know this underground restaurant exists from the outside. Super cool cozy cave feel with walls lined with brick and wine. Like some of my other favorite restaurants we stumbled upon in nice there is no wine menu and you just tell the waiter what type of wine you want and they bring you a recommendation to try - it's great! The menu is very cheese heavy, with a few different forms of delicious cheeses. We got the baked Camembert which was similar to a baked Brie with potatoes to dip in and salad, as well as the tartiflette, which stole the show and was similar to a baked lasagna / scalloped potatoes with cream, cheese, and pork belly. Great service and a very fun vibe, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful and fun! We shared fondue and couldn't finish it between the two of us. Had lovely red wine the owner makes (perfect line on market there!). BRING CASH!! They don't except cards. We took a chance not making a reservation and waited outside as soon as they opened all the non reservation people filled it up. Moral of the story: make a reservation. Worth the stop!

Mmm, La Cave du Fromager was an absolutely delicious discovery nestled in the charm of Old Town. I had turned to Yelp for foodie recommendations knowing that I'd be heading to Nice for work and this was a 'must try.' I called after work one night hoping to secure a reservation for one and, I did! An hour later, I was seated and ready to enjoy my first glass of wine (btw, all glasses of wine are 7euros and paired nicely with your order). To start, I tried the caramelized foie gras from gers and sourdough brioche with Jame's chutney paired with a glass of Vinoceros Ombre du soir. The flavor paring was complex, interesting, unique and surprisingly delicious. I then opted for a main course of chicken Wellington with porcini mushrooms, truffle mash, beans from the countryside and jus, paired with a crisp white. Overall, the wine, the ambiance, the food was all delicious and delightful. I'm glad I dined here and discovered it on Yelp!

Fantastic! Tucked down one of the many interesting, maze-like alleyways in old town... dining here is a delight. The cave atmosphere is lovely, the service is super friendly, helpful and attentive and the food is nothing short of spectacular. I had the tartiflette and it was out of this world. Very rich but a reasonably sized portion. Incredible flavors. The home baked bread is also fantastic and my friend enjoyed the asparagus risotto as well. Our server was kind and funny and beyond helpful with her wine recommendation. She also pointed us in the direction of two other top notch dinner restaurants in the area which was much appreciated. I really can't say enough good things about our experience here. It was one of the most memorable meals of our trip to France. You really must make it a point to go, if you are in the area.

Awesome experience! Right in the middle of the old town and an awesome gem for food and wine lovers. More options than just that of course. The seating area is downstairs in a wine cellar, although it's more of a restaurant feel than a wine cellar feel. The service was amazing, best in all of France that we received for a non Michelin rated place. Our server told us about all the food and the sommellier gave us the exact wine we wanted. I asked for a red and funky and he brought us an Australian Cinsault! For food we ordered the cheese Fondant with vegetables, their sausage dish, their pork tartar, and their chicken. I highly recommend the chicken and the tartar. The fondant cheese was a little bit sour for our liking but they had other cheese options so maybe choose the three cheese bland instead. And there weren't too many vegetables with the cheese but their homemade sourdough bread made up for that. Honestly we cane because we read a review here that was one star rating and the guests judged it for their cheap tables, bad wine, and change in management. Well I thought that was a bad reason to give a bad review and I came here to give it a chance and Mathew and his crew gave me better than what I wanted and I left feeling like a made some new friends. Will recommend this place and will come back for sure.

Agree with one of the reviews... best meal I've had in France in 7 days!! Great atmosphere, the staff were great in explaining the food and very attentive. We had the charcuterie with meat and cheese, the beef stew and a few beers. Plenty of food for two. The beef just melted away and was wonderful!!

My boyfriend and I had a great time in the vintage cheese cave. We were greeted by a friendly and energetic French man and manager, Jean Michel and he found us a nice table in the corner of the wine cellar and served us the most amazing, "to die for" croquettes, charcuterie and fondue. At the end of dinner he gave us an herbal shot to help with digestion and we left with our bellies full. The staff is very hardworking and the food is excellent Mahalo from Hawaii, Jean Michel. I love the smoky quartz! Aloha

I came here 2 nights in a row. First solo, and then with friends because I'd enjoyed it so much. Firstly, the atmosphere is lovely. The restaurant has a humble exterior (largely blocked by gelato customers), but once you descend the stairs into the dining area you are in a sheek, romantic, cellar. Intimately small but comfortable. The walls are lined with stone and endless wine bottles. The starters were all quite good. We had the snails, squid, and cheese plait. As a bonus, my waitress recommended an excellent wine to pair with the squid. It was spot on. My group shared the beef and tartafelle (forgive my spelling). The beef was succulent, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I had no idea what to expect with the second dish but it was delicious and I would certainly order again. The prior night, I had the bakes camembert when eating solo. The dish is exactly as described. It's tasty, but I'd recommend it for a group since eating an entire block of melted cheese solo is challenging. Last but not least, the wait staff were wonderful! We really enjoyed chatting with our 2 waitresses, who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and our election of drinks. As a tourist, you really hope to stumble on a gem like this were the locals charm you and really guide your dining experience. If ever back in Nice, i'll certainly go again! read more
Came here dinner. A bit hard to find as an underground restaurant. Pure French restaurant. Limited menu and they only except cash. Also note there is no cell service or WiFi service in the restaurant. Nice ambiance in the restaurant and away from the hustle and bustle of Nice. We ordered the squid, Foie Gras and Filet Mignon. All 3 were very good though I am not a fan of the Fois Gras but it came with a nice salad and bread. The squid was seasoned well and cut thin and flash fried. The filet was sliced and cooked perfect The potatoes were great and also nice salad came with it. Service was ok. Prices Moderate. read more
*All employees we engaged with spoke English. I know that's critical for some, so I just wanted to start with that. What a Huuuuge letdown! I was sooo looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, I was left with cheese on my face (sorry no eggs here, only cheese, cheese, and more cheese). We arrived a bit early for our reservation (15-20 minutes), but we were seated immediately, which was nice; the table was stuffed into a corner, but at least we were seated. Unfortunately, that was about where the niceness ended. The restaurant is supposed to be housed in a former cheese cave, which I thought would be exciting and romantic, instead it was just hot and cramped. This is one of those restaurants that tries to accommodate as many diners as possible, so we were basically eating right on top of another couple (who were incredibly displeased, even stating, "this service is abysmal"). We could literally hear every word spoken up to two tables away, so don't expect to have any privacy, except from the servers that is. Service was unpleasant and extremely minimal. Our server took our food and drink order, delivered our drinks, another server apologized for the delay in receiving our meal, and our original server delivered our meal...and that was it. They didn't refill our water bottle, ask if I wanted another glass of wine, stop by to see if we liked our meal -or needed else (which we did), or even bring a check. After waiting too long for our check, table full of finished plates and empty cups, we eventually just got up and headed upstairs. Apparently you're supposed to head upstairs to pay, but we'd have never known since our server was doing they're best David Copperfield impression. Now for the food. The kitchen was tiny tiny, so it's no wonder the menu consists of cheese for the starter, cheese for the entree, and cheese for dessert. Sprinkled in-between the assortment of cheeses was a steak masquerading on the menu as "Aubrac Bib", whatever that means, and the Tartiflette, think pork belly scalloped potatoes and the only thing you should order here. The Tartiflette was microwave-lunch small, but it was hot, rich, and pretty meaty for the size. I got the Camembert (takes 30 minutes) and it was pretty awful as a meal. It's not even really a dish. They literally opened up the wooden wheel of cheese, peeled back the paper, sprinkled a few things on top, then baked for 30 minutes, so it was more of just a cheese dish. It arrived-paper still covering the top, and was served with some under-seasoned fingerling potatoes and a salad. The salad was good and potatoes were okay, but the cheese was so one-note, it needed meat or veggies to dip in it. Unfortunately, I only had the few potatoes and two small bits of baguette to dunk, so my only option was to eat it like soup, which I did not-so half remained wasted and uneaten. We would have liked to have eaten dessert, but after the poor meal, and lack of even offering dessert, "How could we?". I'm giving 2 stars for the Tartiflette because it was delicious. I would not return and DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Great! Bought a really good bottle of wine for about $30. Paid $90 for the same bottle in a restaurant!
La Cave du Fromager brings the Alpine dishes of France to Nice. Every dish on the menu showcases an alpine cheese. Beyond fondue and raclette, there are chese dishes you can't get in the US becasue of USDA pasturization rultes. In the middle of Nice's the old town, it is a small place where most of the tables are in the cellar so reservations are required for prime times. Great atmosphere. We did not do the fondue instead going for individual dishes. I had tartiflette, a traditional cheese and potato dish. La Cave added pork belly as well. The tartiflette was served with a salad on the side. "For your conscience," according tot he waiter. A wide selction of wine is offered to go with your meal. Enjoy. read more
If you visit Nice, do yourself a favor and book a reservation here. By far the best meal I've had between my time in Paris and Nice for vacation. I highly recommend the Camembert croquettes to start. The wine selection is fantastic so you will certainly find something that fits your palette and price range. For dinner, you absolutely have to try the tartiflette. It is essentially elevated potatoes au gratin. My fiancée ordered it was phenomenal. I ordered the beef, carrots, and mashed potatoes which were also very very good. You honestly can't go wrong with whatever you order. read more
Certainly a hidden gem, especially from the street/outside looks of it. This was truly a unique experience given the below-street-level aspect of the dining area. The fondue was quite outstanding, albeit a bit overwhelming, but that's the nature of the dish. The staff was quite helpful and knowledgeable with wines, as well, which made for an overall wonderful experience. Pro Tip: bring cash. read more

Thanks to the Yelp community, we found this great little restaurant in Nice. The restaurant truly is located in an old cheese storage cavern, with brick walls and cobble floors. Our surprise started with the wine guy (not fussy enough for sommelier) wouldn't bring a wine list, but rather asked each of us what we enjoyed in a wine, then brought us a great fit (me a Shiraz, my wife a Sauvignon Blanc). They brought us home-made bread and water, and a nice olive oil. For the entree, I had the beef & mashed potato and my wife had the baked camembert with potatoes and bread for dipping. I would label the food as "elevated home cooking." We loved each, and had to wave away the desert menu. read more

AMBIANCE IS EVERYTHING at this place. I wish I had a picture of the food, but we just dove in and ate before I could get pictures! Such a beautiful place inside. The service is fantastic and the food is great. So many lovely cheeses and a fantastic salad that I had been CRAVING (Italians don't eat many salads/greens, it seems to us. We missed them!!). The salad had the best light champagne dressing, it was fabulous. The wine was wonderful too. It was a great evening and a fantastic way to wrap up our two week vacation in Italy & France. (Of course we had to add Nice/Cannes on to our Italy trip, we love it there). read more

The fiance and I had a wonderful time here. We were able to get last minute reservations for an early dinner. We were seated in one of the cellar rooms. It was dark, a little cold, but romantic! There are several steps so be careful when you're walking down to that area. There was a gentlemen who took a really bad tumble while we were down there. Bring cash as they do not take credit card. Thankfully we had some cash on us. We ordered: ASSORTED CHEESES served with HOMEMADE BREAD - So delicious! We asked for extra servings of their bread and spread. GNOCCHI - Yum! Very cheesy. It got to be a little too rich for me at the end, but this was good and very filling. CHICKEN - This was a-okay. Not too flavorful for us. Overall we had a good experience. I'd want to come back for their fondue as it seems that is the most popular main! read more

If you enjoy cheese, eat here! I had a very pleasant experience at the Cave du Fromager. The servers were friendly and gave great recommendations for both food and wine pairings. The restaurant is very unique as it is situated in an old wine cellar. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food! In case it is not obvious, this place has cheese in just about every dish. If you don't like cheese then I probably would not dine here. read more

This place is great, for people who like eating cheese in caves. That's right, they didn't include the word 'cave' in their name for no reason. You will actually be eating cheese in a cave, and it's everything you dreamed it could be. The service was great, the wine was great, and the cheese was amazing. 10/10, will cave-cheese again. read more

Really wanted to love this place, but sadly it was underwhelming and overpriced. And unfortunately, the fondue was the biggest disappointment. There is a 2 person minimum per order, at $20 p/ person. So we ordered a bottle of wine, 2 appetizers, and the fondue as our main entree. The fondue itself was delicious! But it only came with bread. $40 for a pot of cheese is quite expensive. I wish they had an appetizer fondue so we could still order main dishes, or for $20 p/person include vegetables for dipping. Perhaps even an add-on option for veggies and/or meats. Dinner for 2 was $140, but didn't feel worth the cost. Very cute ambiance and the food was tasty, but the overall experience was lacking. Reservations are a must because the restaurant is quite small, but I called the day of (on a Saturday afternoon before the restaurant was even open) and was able to get a peak reservation time. read more

Fun stop in Nice. Cheese fondue was excellent, escargots were not (dry). Service was friendly, wine list quite good. Pleasant way to spend an evening. Fondue is more than enough for two people. Cash only business - know before you go! Reservations highly recommended - we took a chance and it paid off, but I think we got very lucky. read more

Aladdin had is cave of wonders and I have La Cave du Fromager! This was an amazing experience from start to finish and is a must for anyone who even remotely likes cheese. 1. The setting is immaculate, you walk down into an actual cellar and are transported back in time. It is a little tight at some tables but overall an intimate experience. 2. The staff is awesome. They enjoy their jobs and it shows. They will talk pleasantly with you and offer suggestion on foods. The sommelier is energetic and ready to help you choose the perfect wine for your meal. 3. The menu was overwhelming, at first, because there were so many amazing options. Our waitress really took time with us and explained many of the dishes. 4. Avoid the fondue, I am sure it is good, but it is fondue and you can get cheese and bread almost anywhere. Be adventurous! We went with the roasted pigs cheek (so succulent) and the tartiflette (decadent). Both were equally amazing in different ways and absolutely blew past our already high expectations! We finished off with an assortment of fine cheeses. Don't walk, run to La Cave du Fromager. Call ahead to guarantee your spot! read more
This review is long overdue! I ate here back in October '19 with my wife on our honeymoon. I absolutely loved it. It doesn't get too crowded and you get to eat in a dimly lit basement. If that doesn't sound appetizing, i don't know what does. All kidding aside, it was a great experience. The wait staff does know english and the food was great. Obviously, they specialize in cheese but I'll try to remember to upload my dish when i get the chance. I booked with yelp and got a table the same day. Some days are more crowded but they stayed in constant communication with me throughout the day which put me at ease. We were running late and they were fine with it. So pretty relaxed on the schedule. They even entertained my poor french. por le propriétaire, merci beaucoup por la bonne soirée. J'ai trop mangé. C'était vraiment délicieux! read more

Spent 3 weeks in Europe and hands down, our BEST dinner of the trip. Food is delicious, restaurant and ambiance is beautiful, music is perfection and chef is so kind. La Cave du Fromager is one of those restaurants that you will immediately write home about. The restaurant in tucked away in one of the many alleys of Nice, but is hard to miss. Once inside you'll find yourself in a dimly lit wine cellar with somewhat limited seating ( call ahead for a reservation). The ambiance of the restaurant is practically worth the money by itself, the hosts are extremely kind, wonderful music is always playing and looking at hundreds of bottles of wine is never a bad thing. I ordered the tartiflette with a glass of red wine and must say it was the best meal I had in France. The entree comes with bread and a side salad that helps balance the richness of the pork belly, cream & cheese. You can tell that each ingredient is the highest quality possible and is worth every dime spent. I may come back to Nice exclusively for this restaurant if I'm not able to recreate the dish myself. Cannot recommend enough. read more

I was probably most looking forward to this meal, and it ended up being a disappointment. We were able to get a reservation same day we arrived in Nice and I was thrilled! Upon arriving to the restaurant we were seated immediately. We began looking over the menu, waited and did not receive service after two other parties arrived and received drinks. Slightly frustrated, we called to our waiter and they served us wine. After serving wine, they told us they were out of a few menu items, one specifically being the beef that my husband wanted to try. It was strange that the restaurant sold out of beef and we were the first to arrive at 7:00PM. We proceeded to order the Sea Bass and the Tariflette. Shortly after the waiter took the remaining order from the other tables. Our food came out and it was delicious! Very rich and very tasty. But only 10 minutes later did the other parties food come out and it was the beef. My husband was very frustrated because that was the meal he wanted to try and upon arriving we were told it was sold out. Lastly, after we received our meal, no one came by to offer us another glass of wine or asked us how the meal was. We were simply told to go upstairs to pay. The service was strange and seemed biased. Such a let down because we were so excited to try this establishment. read more

Wow, one of the best meals I've had in my life. Solo traveling - I still want to try all the eats so I ordered two entrees. The beef special of the day and the dish everyone else raves about, the tartiflette. I hesitated because I didn't think there was meat in the potato dish (but there was) so I decided to order the beef. But I realized if I didn't order a starter I could just order two mains. And I did. And shamelessly, I asked to take home leftovers because everything was great. The beef came out first, and at first I kicked myself because I thought - I should have gotten just the tartiflette and snails. The beef couldn't be special. BUT I WAS SO WRONG. Every flavor described in the menu you could taste independently. The beef was cooked to perfection (not tough, not soft). The potatoes were amazing as well. Well truffled, not just like most places where it's a faint taste. I am impressed. Classic idea of meat and potatoes, but so well executed. The tartiflette was as amazing as everyone else on here describes. I didn't just order this because I was somewhat convinced that it was like, cheese potatoes with a sprinkle of bacon. But there's actually pieces of pork in this dish. If you are going to order one thing here, do make it the tartiflette. Just for reference, a few people around me ordered the baked camembert as their main, and raves about it. I can't imagine having a whole wheel of cheese as my main, but if that's your thing, it sounded amazing as well. The staff were attentive and polite. Friendly, hard working, and quick! Compliments to the chef and staff. read more
This bistro is tucked underground and has a cave like atmosphere. The restaurant is dimly lit and don't expect to receive any cellular service down here. We started with an assortment of cheeses which the waitstaff can pick out for you based on your wine and food choices. You also have the option to go choose the cheeses with your server. We had a great selection of cheeses. They had a wide variety of textures and flavors. I ordered the pig cheek for my main course. I highly recommend this dish. I think the dish is stewed making the meat succulent and juicy. It served with potatoes and carrots which were also very soft to bite. The flavor profile was balanced. I loved the interaction between the waitstaff and the patrons. The menu and offerings are accommodating to your tastes. I enjoyed discussing what flavors I wanted for the evening and having our waitress structure our meal. She was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. It was a upscale meal sans pretentiousness. read more
This is a discovery! A hole in the wall restaurant in a narrow ally in the old part of Nice. We were shown downstairs to the basement which is old, made of 3 cellars lined with stones and bricks. Run by a young couple who wiz up and down to prepare dishes and serve them, the dishes were of high quality, all based on cheeses as the main ingredient, with one of two exceptions. The large wedge brie and mushrooms were amazing, the melted camembert with bacon was superb, the home made bread was magnificent, the fondue with boiled vegetables was incredible. So was the fresh anchovies. I am not saying this lightly, but compared to what i thought were good fondues I've had in Zurich, this is by far better. Worked out about 35 Euros per person, extremely reasonable considering the fine quality. Definitely worth a visit. read more

History
Established in 1998.
This 17th-century wine cellar, hidden beneath the historic streets of Old Nice, has been a haven for cheese and wine lovers for over two decades. Originally transformed into a restaurant by a group of passionate epicureans, it became a beloved spot for those seeking an authentic taste of French gastronomy. In 2017, I took over this extraordinary place with one mission: to elevate the experience while honoring its roots. A lifelong food lover and wine enthusiast, I embraced the legacy of this unique cellar, refining its selection of exceptional cheeses, natural wines, and artisanal bread, all while preserving the warm, intimate atmosphere that has made it a must-visit destination. Today, La Cave du Fromager is more than just a restaurant—it’s a celebration of French savoir-faire, where every dish and every bottle tells a story.
Meet the Business Owner: Mathieu B.
As the owner and sommelier of La Cave du Fromager, I do more than just curate an exceptional wine selection—I also create the dishes that define our restaurant. Each recipe is born from my passion for French gastronomy, crafted to highlight the richness of our carefully selected cheeses and seasonal ingredients. While I can’t be everywhere at once, I personally train my kitchen team to bring my vision to life, ensuring that every plate reflects the same level of quality and authenticity. From the cellar to the kitchen, I oversee every detail, blending tradition with creativity to offer an unforgettable dining experience.

We came for dinner as a group of eight, all food and wine lovers and all travellers from all around the world. We all came out feeling like we just had one of the best dinning experience ever! We got greeted by really friendly staffs, walking us down to the cave. At the bottom of the stairs you just realise you've entered a really unusual restaurant. This amazing venue carved into the rock is mind blowing. You are seating next to racks of wine bottles, bags of flours used to make their insane homemade bread (best bread I had in France. I asked them to buy some they said they are not making enough to sell it but kindly offered me a baguette at the end of dinner!) and of course the key element : a huge selection of cheeses waiting for you. When we looked at the menu we were all cheerful it was 8 of us so we got to order every starters! Everything single one of them were perfect! It only let me post 3 pictures from the starters but trust me everything was succulent! The foie gras is the best I ever had, the perfect egg and salmon raw brilliant and the raviole to die for. To drink with we got the sommelier recommendations that we gave freedom to pick for us. He started explaining to us in the most helpful and informative way what wine they are working with and why, what wine would go well with the food and why and then he proceeded to offer suggestions with the descriptions and prices, starting from the most expensive to more affordable ones. We thought that was a great approach because you can still pick the one you want based on your budget without having to price it up in advance. As for the main dishes, we all wanted to try the fondue. A few of us worked in Courchevel and all agreed this was the best we ever had. We also tried the Mont D'Or and we were not disappointed. The quality of the cheese and charcuterie are second to none. We also wanted to try the free range chicken supreme that was cooked to perfection and combined perfectly with the purple potatoes mash and asparagus. We managed to save a bit of room for dessert and shared the best lemon tart we ever had and an insanely good chocolate eclair, all home made. Even the coffee is good! If you ever had a coffee in France you know why I'm raving about it! I think I can speak for all of us when I say this was our best dining experience in Nice and we would recommend it to any one leaving there if visiting the area. Those guys are pros, friendly and super knowledgeable. Thank you read more

Wow !!! 5 Stars is not enough to describe the superb place that is la Cave du Fromager. The waiters are super cool and they all speak a very good english, witch is really helpfull when your french is as bad as mine... The old vintage Cave atmosphere is an unforgetable place i had dinner in my whole life. The products are fresh and seasonal. The quality of our food was excellent. We spoke with the Owner Matthew that explain us his philosophy about running a restaurant. He said you've the choice between doing things right or wrong, i choose the first option. Well done sir ! You're definitly doing thing more than right here. Congratulations to everyone. Oh! I nearly forgot to say that they have an amazing selection of 150 natural wines from all around the world! We had an amazing castle Le Puy from bordeaux. read more

This place was absolutely lovely! The sommelier was very knowledgeable and was able to help us pick out a great wine even though we spoke no French. The rest of the staff was smiling and very willing to help with any questions we had. We shared the fondue, a charcuterie board and a side of veggies amongst the four of us and it was more than enough! The fondue itself was phenomenal and I had a hard time stopping. The owner was there and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect and the chefs were nice enough to let my mother stand and watch them cook for a bit. All around, a great experience and I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

Delicious cheese based menu that changes daily. Very helpful waitstaff, very fresh food, house made bread that puts all others to shame because the owner bakes it at 6pm, so it is fresh out of the oven, not sitting since before lunch. Organic wine that the waitress suggested was a great pair with our meal. Very fun atmosphere in a wine cave under the city. read more
