Less than 20 minutes later, my husband went through the drive-thru, but no one knew anything about the situation and the coupon was not honored. At this point, it's not about the free sandwich, it's about how poorly the entire situation was handled. The service at this location has really gone downhill. It will not be my pleasure to visit this location again!
