Didn't want to honor a quote even though they told me via phone that it wouldn't be an issue. Even scheduled a time for me to bring in the car. When I got there the owners decided not to honor the quote their employee told me. Waited over an hour for them to figure it all out. Left without a vehicle wrap left and a bunch of wasted time. Will also be leaving Google reviews reporting to the BBB etc. read more

This review is NOT for the actual work done with them, as I chose to go elsewhere. I called and spoke to Josh/John, not sure as he muttered when he spoke. I simply called to see if he could give me a general idea of what a full car wrap costs, as I needed one for a Prius I was about to buy. We needed it for not only that Prius, but others as they will be company cars. Anyhow, I digress, I said good morning and he was immediately rude and short with me. I asked for the price and he said "$2100," but I couldn't make out the price. Naturally, I asked again and he was even more annoyed and said "that's what I said!" Like I said I didn't even use their service, because frankly if he is this rude before I'm a customer, who knows what personality plus will do if I become a customer! If you care about customer service, not sure you'll get far with this guy. read more

Got my company van wrapped up. AC Pros Inc. We contacted several car wrapping companies in LA and LA Car Wrap was by far the easiest to communicate with. We provided art work and the actual work was exactly what we wanted. Their price was better than everyone else. They actually did the work themselves including the printing and did not just subbed it out. Im very happy with the work and will bring my other vans to get wrapped at LA Car Wrap. As a returning customer all I can say is they've hit a new low and will definitely never be back and make sure anyone I know never uses their services. Ordered an X-banner the week before to be ready for pick up Wednesday afternoon. Their only sales/receptionist Mayling helped me with the order. Confirmed pick up time in the morning and headed to the shop around 5pm. Upon arrival I am greeted by the installer/owner maybe? Asked him for my order and and replies that he is not sure what I ordered. I explain him about the x-banner and tells me they are out of stands (banner was printed at this point) he then tells me I have to pick up next day as they don't have the stand. Goes to the back and I ask him to loan me something as tomorrow morning I have a presentation and need the banner. He says he can't but to my left there's a bin with a bunch of dusty crap. He then tells me I'm lucky as there's some stands there. The guy didn't even know his inventory!!! By this time I'm about to lose my cool but I keep it together. Goes to the back and brings a banner that has not been trimmed nor installed any grommets. He tells me that the banner is too big for the stand I ordered and the solution is to put in a retractable banner ($140 vs the $65 x-banner) I tell him that's unacceptable and figure out a solution. He tries to call Mayling but she is obviously out for the day and most likely won't pick up this douchebags call. Who would!?!? I tell him because it's the fault of the printing company to at least give me a deal $100 for the retractable stand. At this point I'm just trying to figure out an amicable solution as the error is clearly theirs (email confirms that Mayling guaranteed an x-banner. This reply is what sealed the deal " if you don't like what you get go somewhere else" lol WTFudge seriously... so this is how you resolve a problem!?! Businesses like these need to go out of business and people with that attitude need to reconsider their purpose in life. There was no Invoice ready, no work order. Just a simple I don't have access to the system so you need to come back and figure it out yourself. I am very disappointed and now I've gotta go to my presentation empty handed and explain at work why I didn't provide the banner as planned. STAY AWAY!! They don't deserve anyone's business. This is the worst business I have ever come across. I phoned them last week to confirm their opening hours ,they told me they were open from 10 to 6. I got to their location the next day at 11. There was no one there. I called and I get no answer. I left a message and no one called me back. I tried this week again. I called them on Monday morning and asks them if they were going to be open. They said yes someone will be there until 6pm. I even joked with the girl and asked her Are you 100% sure? She said - Oh Yes. I got there at 5.45 and again nobody was there. I called their number again and left a message where I stated you are giving me no other choice but writing you a bad review... They still never got back to me. As I said at the beginning this is the worst business I have ever come across!! They wasted a lot of my time driving to get to their location for nothing. I wouldn't waist any time contacting them! Was skeptical about taking my vehicle way across town to get a wrap, knowing that the price I got quoted on the phone was way below every other wrap company I had called. Alas I was greeted by the owner, she was very polite and walked me around my vehicle explaining the procedure that would be taking place when installing the wrap. I was promised 3 days turn around on the install and I got notified that it was ready for pick up two days after I had left it at the shop. I was surprise and naturally asked if I was getting charge more for the prompt turn around, the answer was a big NO. The price I paid was the price I was quoted, no hidden charges other than the usual tax. The wrap was great and printed the way I had specified on to the body of my vehicle. I would like to thank their installation crew also for being so professional on the install, and letting me know how to take care of my new vehicle wrap. Thank you soooo much! read more

After 3 weeks trying to get them to design, proof and schedule installation to wrap a 2016 Ford extra cab I'm about ready to give up. Mayling was good to work with, although she never returned phone calls, and now she's had a "family emergency" and won't be back until next month. Now no one will return phone calls either. I'm not quite how to express my experience. Other than to say, I am quite disappointed with their customer service, or lack thereof. Prior to visiting LA Carwrap, I spoke with Mayling over the phone to discuss my design and to see if this is something they could do. I'm not quite sure what role this Mayling, plays, as she continue to express she has "designers" working on the project of the specs and measurements you provided. I found myself continuously phoning the business to get an expectation of when may see some layout of my concept. When I was shown some specs - they were all incorrect, as nothing was what we had discussed. In short, tread carefully here. Request for an expected date or time frame as to when you may expect to see a layout of your concept. I have moved on. Never to speak of this place or recommend it. You've been forewarned. read more
