I can't believe all of these positive ratings when they did such a terrible job with my vehicle... causing irreparable damage to my vehicle... and they even lost the small claims suit... but decided not to pay up! My Hummer was brought in for what I thought was a simple wrap removal from the hood... and not only was the hood damaged... but the body immediately around the hood... and eventually the sides as well! Whatever acid they used to remove the wrap burned through everything... including plastic light fixtures and engine rubber! Not to mention all of the wrap remnants throughout the engine compartment! Brought my car here to be wrapped for the Clean Vehicle Rebate project. I picked this installer based on the the 5 star reviews. My guess is that they were having a bad day. I showed up at 8:15 AM for a 8:30 AM appointment. They didn't open until 9 AM. The car was supposed to be done at 5:30 PM, but they didn't finish until 8:30 PM. Checked these guys out for tint, they had the 3M ceramic tint I was looking for. So went down to talk to Adam and he gave me a decent deal, really was just surprised by the service for the price. He really knew his product too, he was able to tell me the difference between the ceramic and the cheaper stuff, in the valley during the summer I need it. The job looked good and he even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. I may actually get my roof wrapped at some point as well through them. The worst business, my mother in law and I decided to get our M5/M3 Competition cars wrap to protect the cars. They kept our cars for over a month after stating they would have our cars ready 7-10 days. Both Sid & Remi are full of bullshit, they scratched my brand new M3 competition and lost the original M3 Competition logo of my car. Sid bought a fake cheap logo just to shut us up. We are very unhappy with their unprofessional, lying and disrespectful work. They have no type of communication and can't be honest about the work. They're just money hungry, now my car has noticeable scratches along with a fake logo. At exotic car wraps everything is done last minute and as unprofessional as possible. The owner is a more of slave driver who pays his employees as little as possible, but will charge customers out the ass. When it comes to dealing with you very high end vehicle Rami (the owner) will take on as little responsibility as possible during the project and the work will completed by very inexperienced but aspiring "wrappers". When you walk in the shop you will see 10-15 partially complete vehicle wraps. This is not because they are extremely busy, but more so because they are backed up on getting customers vehicle completed on time due to the terrible pay, unclean work environment, and dishonesty. They have no lifts or tools to complete the job correctly on an expert level as well as a very unclean work environment which in this industry is very important to providing a flawless finished product. They have very few experience installers and 8/10 times your brand new Lamborghini, McLaren, Ferrari, BMW, or Benz will be worked on with very sharp objects, by individuals with less then 6 months of hand on wrapping experience with no practical training or certifications. This business pays under the table most of their employees are minorities of all races who are being under payed and more times then not not payed at all. Please be careful! Horrible experience! No customer service, no body picks up the phone! The owner said I'm in good hands and I told him how much I care about my car that I just bought and I wanted to wrap it! The wrap was horrible it was a cheap material obviously, very thin, flaky, and wrinkly, and so many patches of cover ups due to laziness. The adhesive used was a bad kind, that damages the car. Super glue was used for emblems rather than double sided tape. I mean my car went from new to damaged. I knew I had to take it off soon, and that when I noticed more damages.
