Some reviewers love it and so does our fishing guide. The white cheese sauce seems more more like a Queso cheese dip at your local Mexican restaurant. These are some of the nicest people we have encountered in our travels. We gorged solely on the crawfish devouring 10lbs. The texture of the crawfish were boiled to perfection, temperature was perfect still warm so you know they are fresh but not so hot you cannot enjoy them right away. The best part is the incredible flavor, perfectly seasoned with just enough spice to warm your mouth. These mudbugs alone were worth the trip this far south in to Plaquemines Parrish.
