If you tend to get to involved with the Community at JV there is always someone to complain and ruin good times for you and everyone. If you enjoy being active in the JV Community make your voice heard and don't let management or other tenants take away your joy, find a different way to continue to enjoy living at JV. JV is an independent living community so make sure you are aware of what that entails. The tenants are reminded that your rent pays for everything behind you apartment door and the rest of the building is management territory even though management nor maintenance live on premises. I still live at JV and will continue to stay there as long as my opinion doesn't get me in trouble.

The crew was here each day until the project was completed. We added a few additions to the project and the crew was very accepting of our change of plans and was able to build just as we wished. We wrote the owner and supplied a copy of the inspection report, wherein he indicated that "All parts of the system were found to be in good working order." The owner said that the inspection report did not specifically list the exhaust as being in good working condition (even though it did say that ALL parts were in good working condition), essentially stating that we were SOL. So, basically, if you want a good and thorough inspection of your heating system, and if you want quality work done that you can trust, don't go with Upstate Energy Solutions.

She said it would cost extra if they had to move stuff, so I "precleaned" so all they had to do was the cleaning. She and her helper were at the house less than 4 hours and "Deep Cleaned" the kitchen, living room and dining room. When she got to the house she texted me asking for payment, before she left she asked for payment and several times throughtout the day. I paid her before I got home to see the poor cleaning job Brit had done. She missed sweeping and mopping under the heat registers, the window sills, the cobwebs in the corners, the dust on the TV, picture frames,and lamp shade or ceiling fan. Didn't wipe down the walls, didn't clean the couch, futon or loveseats. Didn't clean under or behind the loveseat or couch. Didn't clean the oven. I sent pictures and said I was very disappointed with the work she had done. She said she was at work and didn't have her phone and couldn't respond. I paid her what she asked for and all I wanted was the job to be done. Now the house is still not clean and since she has not responded, it's obvious she's not willing to make it right.

She cancelled the first appointment after she was already supposed to be at the house and rescheduled me. She then cam out the following week while I was gone, so I left cash on the counter for her. She left after 1 hour of "cleaning" in which she cleaned 4 total surfaces and did not dust a thing. There was dust and cobwebs still hanging from the ceiling fans, all over the windows and window sills, nose prints from dogs on all the windows and accumulated dust on every single surface other than the 4 she actually cleaned. Nothing was dusted or "deep cleaned" by any definition. I then called her to explain and give her the opportunity to come back and make it right and finish the job. She continued to yell at me and say she did everything that I said she didn't. I then sent her a picture of the dust and cobwebs and she apologized then continued to blame it on her "employee", the neighbors told me her so called employee looked like her very young daughter. She then booked a day the following week to come out and finish the job and NEVER SHOWED UP. I am now out the $160 I paid and now have to do the job I paid her for myself.

The team came, they were very nice had good attitudes and were honest, they did clean work and cleaned up after themselves. When one planned part of the job turned out to not be necessary Aaron shared that with me and removed it from the bill. I am surprised with how much better my house looks with new gutters and I am now looking forward to the next rain! They replaced 2 gutters, 3 down spouts and added cleats to my roof.
