I had neck surgery recently and was unable to keep up with the deep cleaning and it got away from me. This was my first time hiring cleaners bc I'm a little OCD about things and I have trouble trusting strangers in my home. They managed to clean every inch of this place, walls, windows, vents, baseboards, toilets, tubs, floors, carpet, oven, and everything in between. Everything is absolutely spotless! The basement was musty and grungy, especially behind and under shelves and in the areas where boxes and furniture had been sitting. Moving everything kicked up dust and debris, which triggered my allergies and made it difficult for me to keep working in that environment. Dyandra responded to my request within hours. She and McKenzie were able to come out just a few days later. They tackled the big job of cleaning the walls and floors thoroughly and, at my request, even tore out unwanted shelving and a thin wall made of paneling and pegboard so they could clean behind it properly. They handled everything with good humor, kindness, and zero complaints, even though it was dirty, difficult work. Thanks to them, I can comfortably use my basement again. More than just cleaning it, they made my home a healthier place to live and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm incredibly grateful for their help and wholeheartedly recommend them. The hood had no prior damage. After the detailing service, I discovered a large paint blister and erosion in the exact area where Keegan had worked when he delivered the car, and upon inspection of the finished work. He acknowledged using a power washer on the hood but refused accountability, stating it "wasn't his responsibility" if the paint chipped while he was servicing it. This response is concerning from someone who should understand proper paint care techniques and equipment settings. Incomplete Service The detailing work itself was substandard, and multiple areas remained dirty, including: -All windows -Door bottoms and joints -Back hatch (particularly neglected) This level of incomplete work is unacceptable and unlike any professional detailing I've experienced elsewhere. Unprofessional Customer Service After documenting the damage with photos, I contacted the business immediately through multiple channels, requesting a resolution. The owner (Keegan) has completely ignored my communications--no response, acknowledgment, or attempt to address the situation.
