I was told that Tammy would be arriving at 9am on Thursday. The company was kind enough to send me a reminder on Wednesday at 4pm to confirm. Fast forward to 8:21am, day of, and the office calls to cancel. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service.
