She said it would cost extra if they had to move stuff, so I "precleaned" so all they had to do was the cleaning. She and her helper were at the house less than 4 hours and "Deep Cleaned" the kitchen, living room and dining room. When she got to the house she texted me asking for payment, before she left she asked for payment and several times throughtout the day. I paid her before I got home to see the poor cleaning job Brit had done. She missed sweeping and mopping under the heat registers, the window sills, the cobwebs in the corners, the dust on the TV, picture frames,and lamp shade or ceiling fan. Didn't wipe down the walls, didn't clean the couch, futon or loveseats. Didn't clean under or behind the loveseat or couch. Didn't clean the oven. I sent pictures and said I was very disappointed with the work she had done. She said she was at work and didn't have her phone and couldn't respond. I paid her what she asked for and all I wanted was the job to be done. Now the house is still not clean and since she has not responded, it's obvious she's not willing to make it right.

She cancelled the first appointment after she was already supposed to be at the house and rescheduled me. She then cam out the following week while I was gone, so I left cash on the counter for her. She left after 1 hour of "cleaning" in which she cleaned 4 total surfaces and did not dust a thing. There was dust and cobwebs still hanging from the ceiling fans, all over the windows and window sills, nose prints from dogs on all the windows and accumulated dust on every single surface other than the 4 she actually cleaned. Nothing was dusted or "deep cleaned" by any definition. I then called her to explain and give her the opportunity to come back and make it right and finish the job. She continued to yell at me and say she did everything that I said she didn't. I then sent her a picture of the dust and cobwebs and she apologized then continued to blame it on her "employee", the neighbors told me her so called employee looked like her very young daughter. She then booked a day the following week to come out and finish the job and NEVER SHOWED UP. I am now out the $160 I paid and now have to do the job I paid her for myself.

I had neck surgery recently and was unable to keep up with the deep cleaning and it got away from me. They managed to clean every inch of this place, walls, windows, vents, baseboards, toilets, tubs, floors, carpet, oven, and everything in between. Everything is absolutely spotless! The basement was musty and grungy, especially behind and under shelves and in the areas where boxes and furniture had been sitting. Moving everything kicked up dust and debris, which triggered my allergies and made it difficult for me to keep working in that environment. Dyandra responded to my request within hours. She and McKenzie were able to come out just a few days later. They tackled the big job of cleaning the walls and floors thoroughly and, at my request, even tore out unwanted shelving and a thin wall made of paneling and pegboard so they could clean behind it properly. They handled everything with good humor, kindness, and zero complaints, even though it was dirty, difficult work. Thanks to them, I can comfortably use my basement again. More than just cleaning it, they made my home a healthier place to live and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm incredibly grateful for their help and wholeheartedly recommend them.
