The menu was pretty extensive for a little kiosk but my husband got his tried and true Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. It came with a soft boiled egg, tons of garlic, a thick piece of pork, green onions, and nori. Service was quick and your ramen comes on a tray. There was tons of seating right in front. There was also a sign stating they do offer takeout as well. But, I think it's best to eat there! Overall, such a convenient and quick quality meal when you need a break from shopping.

I also don't like katsu sauce (don't judge), so I ate it w/the gyoza dipping sauce I made & I was happy! I would like to try their curry & ramen on future trips. And I just saw, they have mapo tofu curry! That sounds interesting! One of my friend's roommate always gets the pineapple chicken katsu fried rice. I need to try that, too! See... many future trips!
