I did speak up and showed her how uneven they were and she did fix them. After she filed them she kind of threw my hand and said are these thin enough for you. They were better than the first time, but still uneven. I just went along with it bc I could tell she did not want to do my nails anymore. I'm not sure if she was rushing or just wasn't paying that much attention to detail with my nails. I will mention when she was doing my nails she was on FaceTime for a few minutes as well. After she was done, I paid, and immediately filed my nails and shaped them evenly in my car. Just sharing my experience.

They are not really open to walk-ins (although the sign says it) because they are solidly booked with appointments, especially later in the week. I rarely know what color I want but my nail tech Many always gets it right. My cuticles look good; the color stays on strong between appointments and for the most part, I'm not waiting forever before my appointment starts. I'm very happy that I found them.

Ryan, who did my SNS, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and did a GREAT job on my nails. The gentleman who did my pedicure was also friendly, but I was there with a girlfriend and her daughter, so I didn't get to chat with him. Prices are extremely reasonable (rare these days!) and the quality of work is top notch. They prefer working by appointment, but will take walk-ins if you're ok with waiting. As they are located so close to my new house I can see this becoming my go-to spot (although I really love my old spot, lol).

From now on, when the prices aren't displayed somewhere, I'm not going to spot the shade right away. This nail salon is in the Beaumont area, just a few doors down from Sahara's. Being the nail shop hopper that I am, I decided to give it a whorl one day after eating lunch at Saharas. There were only two specialists working when I got there, but the owner, Janet later walked in and ended up being the one who did my nails. The removal process was neater and quicker than most places. Instead of the foil wrap process, she used a rubber thimble on each nail. After she was almost finished, I gave her my credit card and upon signing the receipt, I noticed the price difference from what I was quoted, it was only $3, but it was still annoying. I still tipped my usual, and then casually mentioned to her that the price quoted to me was different. What she said and how she said it nearly blew me away... "she didn't know that I changed the price today". That's just straight rude and quite honestly, it's deceitful. I won't be back.

And I truly enjoyed this place from The phone call to set up an appt, to arriving early (got us right in after greeting) & having enough people for every pedicure chair & nail table (no empty spots!). Our two people were absolutely wonderful! They were efficient, very thorough & kind. I actually have an ingrown nail that when longer starts to hurt a bit. I was at that point & was concerned the pedicure might hurt more than normal. Not a chance! She was very thorough & yet no pains. And when I mean thorough, I mean it. She went back 3 times just to make sure my nail was handled properly (& I hadn't even yet mentioned the issue. I typically wait to see what they'll do before saying anything. This time I didn't have to ask for more work on it. It was perfect!!! I've been waiting to find my new nail place after relocating from another state. I now have my new go to nail salon & will absolutely set up appts every single time I have a Dr appt in the area. I can't wait to go back again!!!
