It never arrived on that day! It arrived 4 days later on 1/27/20. And when it arrived the item was wrong! My order was full of lily and roses, and what arrived was daisy, filler and carnation. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

My wife told me they were the most beautiful arrangement she has every received. It's three days later, and the flowers are all still alive. It must be as it is been over a year since my wedding and am still bothered by the cost and results of my wedding flowers. I did write a review on wedding wire but it was "deleted" because I mistakenly lost the contract we had with Michelle. In order for wedding wire to keep the reviews, they need proof of the contract. You would think my wedding would be easy with 3 small bouquets and my husband's one flower. What I think is that the Michelle's focus was on the larger weddings that week versus My small guest list of 23. I ordered "white" roses and they were literally yellow and brown around the edges. When they were delivered to my bridal suite, I thought someone was sending me flowers as a gift not realizing these were "my bridal flowers". My sister who did my table arrangements was able to find true.....white roses and they were beautiful. Just beautiful. In addition, my husbands "artificial" flower was the opposite color of what I ordered and frayed around the edges as the flower had been sitting at the bottom of a box for years. I even had close friends/family agree with the quality of the work. I am pretty positive person and it takes a lot for me to address something. The positive is everything else was beautiful that day but believe the $$$ for the quality of the flowers and the 3 small bouquets was not worth it. My thoughts.......regardless of the size of the wedding and in life, give your all by doing your best and follow through on your word.
