They also do not return calls. The flowers were finally delivered on Tuesday March 15 minus the $22 Teddy Bear. Flowers look nothing like what was ordered. He ordered on the 19th a flower arrangement to be delivered on the 22th to me. He's currently out of town so he wanted to surprise me! He got a text on the 22th stating that flowers were delivered, he called me and had to ask if I received them since i didn't mention anything. I didn't! He reply the text saying that there were no flowers at our door step, no reply after that. A girl called him to let him know that she got the arrangement at her house (his phone number was written in the card). That was 45 minutes away from our home. Not even close! Not even the address was close to similar or anything. I ask him for the confirmation email and receipt and he did put the correct address. I called that day several times and left messages and no answer or call back. Today (Monday 24th) I talked to the owner. Super rude woman that stated that my husband called her the next morning after ordering (the 20th) to ask to change the delivery address and giving her that address and gate code. Which he did not. She was pretty certain that my husband called her and i mention that maybe she messed up the orders and the change was for another one. She told me that I should talked to my husband and check his phone records because he called her and that the girl from the other address is his girlfriend. Fraudulent order, not what we ordered, delivered a day late. And zero response from the store. We placed an order on 11/9 for an order to be delivered on 11/13, my stepdaughter's original wedding date (which had to be postponed due to the pandemic). It was very important that the flowers be delivered ON Nov. 13, since that was the day. Flowers never showed that day -- we called the shop and emailed multiple times and NEVER got a response. Flowers were delivered on Nov. 14 -- and they were nowhere near as big what we ordered. We ordered the medium, but what was ordered isn't even as big as the small version shown on the website. What we got is less than a quarter of the size of what we ordered. We emailed the both Buckeye Florist AND Tilted Tulip (both sent us receipts) on Nov. 16 and have not heard back (it is now Nov. 20.) The woman, Kathy from Tilted Tulip, was unprofessional and blamed her delivery drivers, the weather, the president, the economy, political parties, her daughters new home and myself as an excuse why she couldn't complete an order and delivery correctly the first time. I received my flowers on Mother's Day at 5:21 p.m. I waited all day for the delivery, so it was pretty much a wasted day. When I sent my kids a photo of the bouquet thanking them, my daughter was upset. According to her, she spoke with a woman at this florist and told her she saw an outdoor arrangement online that consisted of succulents and flowers that could tolerate the Arizona heat. My daughter and son wanted me to have something that would last a while. She even gave the woman the sku number for the outdoor arrangement. The bouquet was fine, but definitely not worth the cost (despite the fact that flowers are marked up on Mother's Day). I agree with the other reviewers who wrote that their delivery was late and that they did not receive what they ordered. I sure wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company! I ordered a plant arrangement to be delivered to my sister in law after her husband passed away. I called Buckeye Florist first to make sure they were open. I never received a call back. This should have been my first red flag! Two days later, I placed an order on the website May 10th - said it would be delivered on Thursday May 14th. I sent an email on Friday, May 15th telling them my sister in law had not received anything. This is what I received back from them: "Its delivered its gated and the driver sat there and waited for someone to come behind him. As he sat there for 20 minutes Waiting, and she never answered..so it was left at her door.. please next time try and give the gate code, so it doesn't delay the order and you think we just don't want to deliver it. " Then on May 19th, I received a call from my sister in law thanking me for the plant. I asked when it was delivered, she said "today, May 19th". I DON'T appreciate being lied to. This certainly is not a way to run a business. They don't return phone calls and when they send emails, they are nasty as if you are the problem, not them. Absolutely do NOT order from this company. This has been the worst, most unprofessional experience ever. I ordered flowers from their website which stated, "same day delivery". The delivery did not arrived until the next night at 9:30pm at night in which the person delivering the flowers did not even ring the bell and the flowers were left out all night! (The person's house cameras saw them deliver it at that time without ringing the bell.) I called the florist immediately when I found out my friend received the flowers and the dish garden I ordered did not even come close to what was pictures online! Different basket, no ribbon, different flowers, the flowers were in poor shape having been outside all night! The woman stated she would send another basket and told me they were going to be delivered that weekend. The woman I spoke to never apologized and said, "This is what happens when the boss is away!" She also told me that the website is run by a company on the East Coast and that's why what was delivered may have looked different than what my friend received. Isn't that false advertisement? Come Monday no flowers were delivered. I called back and the same woman told me they missed the cutoff for them to get ordered last week and a guy has to run to California to pick up flowers as nothing is grown locally. (I would also like to note she never called me to say, "Hey, I told you they would be delivered this weekend but they won't be there until X day.") She then stated my friend would get her flowers that Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, NOTHING, and Thursday I called back and left a message, no response. I have been calling the correct shop number: 623-404-4240 and I have left MULTIPLE messages and have not received a phone call back, a refund, or new flowers delivered!!!! NEVER do business with this company! I placed an online order a week in advance. On the scheduled day of delivery I called at 1:00pm to inquire when delivery would be... The woman I spoke with didn't even attempt to check, she just, "If it's scheduled for today, you'll have it delivered..." Click. At 4:50pm, I called again and spoke with another woman, who at least took my name and call back number and said the office would call me back. At 7:00 pm, I called back and got the answering service. At 9:00pm, I decided I was cancelling the order in the morning. I like to do business with local companies, but not this one. I will never order from them again. To run a successful business, one needs to able to notify clients of any potential delay. They need to be upfront and honest. How they could go home and leave an order hanging is beyond me, especially after calling twice during the day.
