Well....this place was an absolute waste of time. Wouldn't recommend at all. I moved to Texas, at this point, almost 2 years ago. I had to fly into town unexpectedly which means my usual eye lash appt had to be rescheduled. I called around 9:30a, spoke with Sharon and made an appointment for 1pm. I explained that it would be a foreign fill. I do volume lashes. She said that was fine. Until I arrived.... I guess she didn't like me questioning how exactly a 2 week volume fill was going to cost me $165 (not including tip). My problem is not with the price itself. My problem is the number of inaccuracies she continued to spew when it boiled down to, she just didn't want to do the work. Language barrier or not, I made sure to reiterate, "so to be clear, it isn't that you can't do it, it's just that you don't want too..." and she said "yeah, no, I don't want to". So there's that. Considering I drove almost an hour and had to then rush to find another lash technician, I decided to sit in the lobby & do so. I mean, it's not like she was doing anything other than sitting and pretending to flip thru the schedule book. According to Sharon, despite them using "Xtreme" lashes, they wouldn't have my curl, length, etc. Make that make sense. read more

I was referred to this place by a friend and I have been in love with my new lashes! ( 1 full set, 2 refills so far). Prior to visiting here, I had been getting lash extensions for over a year at another place and cancelled my membership there due to their inconsistent services/results, so I was willing to give this new place a try and I'm glad I did! The lash technician made sure to check on me every now and then during the procedure, asking if anything was bothering/ hurting my eyes or causing discomfort in general. I got my lashes done yesterday for the first time and I am in LOVE with the results. I just got the classic set done for $145 and it was a fairly good price considering the quality of the mink lashes and for how long they last (up to three weeks I believe). They also have a $50 off deal for your first time which is awesome! All in all, the service was great, friendly, and efficient! She hurt my left eye with the protector, She let the glue get inside my eyes, She put very few eyelashes, at the time of paying She charge more than double the price than on the website and worst of all, I spend less than a week of extreme care (no water, no oils or make-up removers) and they started to fall out! I wasn't sure if I was going to review this place, as I likely won't go back, but it was comparable to other lash places I've been to before. The location was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Lobby and service area were both clean. The tech talks to you about your previous lash experience and the type of lashes you'd like before she starts the process. I have really curly eyelashes naturally so sometimes it can be difficult to separate them when doing individual extensions; however, there were times she actually hurt me. She was apologetic, but lash extensions shouldn't be painful. When it came time to pay, there was a discrepancy on what her Yelp offer stated and what she was expecting me to pay. I ended up paying $25 more than what I was expecting to pay, but I'm just going to let it go. (The discrepancy led to a full on argument, but she reached out later with a sincere apology after she realized the mistake was truly on her part.) A full set will run you about $175 and a 2 week fill is $75. That's a bit on the expensive side for me but typical for the Mclean/Tyson's area. read more
