Three generations have been using this in my family and I can honestly tell you that their skincare works! I keep my skincare routines simple. Moisturize, wash, clean, rinse and repeat. I dont wear a lot of makeup because those products actually causes aging more. Eating healthy greens, seaweed, and fruits are the best skincare. What you put in your body also makes a difference in your health and overall skin. I purchased the Beneficiance SPF 23 and Hey recommended the future foaming wash. Both retailed for $150. Here's the thing about Shisheido. They dont forget to provide additional presents when you purchase something over $100 bucks. I got a cute make up bag with lots of other Shisheido products to try that retailed at $106. Hey was awesome. I will be back for more. That was pathetic!! I would think that the purpose of a free give-a-way that was so highly publicized was intended to draw in new customers. With that being the case, there is no reason that so few items were available. Corporate had to know that hundreds of ladies would flood each MAC counter. Having less than 500 was unacceptable - and really there should have been many more than that available. If the quantities available were going to be so limited it would have been better to either give them to ladies that purchased something on a specific day - as a surprise, or give them out to ladies passing the counter, but with no advertising. When I arrived at the store 1/2 hour after they opened I was told that the 120 lipsticks available we already given out to ladies in line before the store even opened. Coming to your counter was a waste of my time and all it did was turn me off from a brand I have never used - that I had actually planned on trying. That will not happen now. I left the MAC counter and went to the Lancome counter which treated me with respect and courtesy. I am now a customer of theirs!!
