It was totally worth it, as the Raviolo with mushroom, truffle, Parmesan, cream, and sausage was one of the best things we ate on our entire trip. Don't miss out on it. Papas Bravas - nicely served with two dipping sauces, one a little spicy, and the other a garlic sauce. Meatballs with Mozzarella and Tomato Sauce. This was served almost as a soup, with bread to dip in the sauce, or in our case we balanced the meatballs, cheese, and sauce on it. Cacio e Pepe - nice and cheesy served with fresh pappardelle. I liked the thicker noodles to soak up the tasty sauce. I noticed the table fighting over sharing this one, which is always a good sign. Carbonara - definitely made correctly here with egg yolk, if you are fan of classic carbonara, you'll like theirs. Served with thick fresh spaghetti noodles. Raviolo with Mushroom, Truffle, Parmesan, cream, and sausage. You can put this dish right next to anything you will eat in Spain (including those having Michelin stars) and it will hold its own.
