We slid into a ditch 3 miles outside of Clintonville Wisconsin and called Accel towing to pull us…read moreout on Monday, May 25, 2020, around 12:00 PM. We had no damage except that our step coming out of the motorhome was bent a little from the dirt. The original truck workers that came to tow us out misdiagnosed our situation and tried to pull us out from the rear. In doing so, they separated/tore off the front of our RV at the seam of the passenger side and broke the front window. Then a crane came to pull us out. The crane brought our front end out of the ditch toward the road, but buried the rear end in. So then the same original rig and workers that tore off our front end hooked up to the rear hitch again and tried to drag the motorhome so that the rear end was more level with the shoulder. As they did this, they snapped the rear bumper in half, broke the hitch, separate the rear panel of the motor home and ruin the tire cap. On Friday, May 29, 2020 we got an estimate of how much the repairs would cost for the damage that the towing company did to the motor home. The estimated damages were approximately $15,000. We called Accel Auto & Truck Repair on Monday, June 1, 2020 and spoke with the owner Brian. We asked him how he would like to proceed and he said it was not his problem and he refused to give us his insurance information. He then said that he would see us in court.

My 17 ram 3500 actuator threw a fault code. I took it to bergstrom ram oshkosh because they should…read moreknow their product. The service advisor showed my how far down in the engine bay the actuator is and how many parts had to be removed to access it. I had a service agreement so the service advisor was going to interface with them to save me a lot of money. They replaced my actuator at a total cost of $4000 but my part was only $1000 because of all his hard work on the phone. I decided to try to bulletproof my 6.7 if one little part cost 4 grand. I replaced the turbo and my 4 thousand dollar actuator. My third/newer actuator was ordered with the 64mm turbo. My new mechanic removed the passenger side wheel liner, removed four screws. Installed the $700 new actuator in 20 minutes. My cost for the actuator was $700 and I suppose that bergstroms price would have been much less than that. My point is that markup on labor and parts at bergstrom is beyond what any reputable dealer would charge. Beware of the sharks swimming around in that dealership because 400% markups are not ethical in any industry. I wouldn't do business at this oshkosh ram dealer on a dare. Take your truck to any other shop in the area until they flush the rats out of this dealership. They certainly cant fix the dealership with bergstrom personel. If you look at all the yelp ratings for every bergstrom dealership you see why using yelp is a HUGE MONEY SAVER as it exposes the crooks in the automotive business.

I think he was more excited about the order package than i was. At delivery i noticed what i thought was a dent on the rear ds of the cab. Called back to the store we both figured it was due to shipping. They covered the repairs and had it back to me in a short amount of time.

We went back for the usual oil change and they checked everything over. We are beyond pleased with them and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thanks Omar and your team.

Worst of all... they totally destroyed my timing belt cover. I brought it in there cause the shop is supposed to be able to service older foreign vehicles. They broke 4 bolts on the timing cover and broke off all the plastic bolt tabs that hold it on. When I asked them about the damage they said it was all there before I brought it in. I know FOR A FACT it was in one piece before they got their destroying hands on it. When I called the owner out on it.. first he said thats the way it was.. When I said he was lying he then told me it was an old car and stuff like that breaks... Well then why the heck didnt you tell me about it and replace it. instead they cobbled it together with a bunch of washers and rigged it to stay in place. The brand new thousand dollar timing belt is now completely exposed in two spots. They werent even going to tell me about this stuff and let me drive away. When I said I would have bought a new cover if they had told me...he got real snooty with me and said they dont have time to leave my car up on the stand waiting for parts. I came in 2 hours after they started the work and asked if they thought I needed any more parts.. The answer was no.. everything is fine. Mind you the timing cover was off already but he never showed it to me. I wonder why... hmmm...... And they had the car there 2 days. Now I have a car I STILL cant drive until I get a new cover or risk damaging the new belt. IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE.. YOU WILL NOT BRING IT HERE!!!!!

Front end alignments is one of the things I pay experts to do. Accurate was recommended to me by a shop local to where I was living in Neenah. I scheduled the alignment and took it in. They found that both of my upper ball joints and one outer tie-rod had play and needed to be replaced. They weren't AT ALL offended or bothered that I wanted to change the parts myself, then reschedule the alignment. After I changed the parts, which were indeed bad, I rescheduled the alignment, and they did a fine job. I found the shop to be clean, efficient, professional, and competent.

Few days later my neighbor heard the noise as I drove past and he informed me that it is common for the parking brake springs to break, causing the the pads to wiggle within making that rattling noise. I was able to just remove the pads since I don't not need a parking brake and the noise was gone. None the less I am newer to the Fox valley area and I will not be returning to them.
