One of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I have ever had. Our truck was in an accident and it took 3 months to get it fixed and communication was terrible along the way. After finally getting it back we learned that these guys missed several obvious issues from the accident that still need repair. One of our wheels is bent, the valve cover was broken and the airbag light is on. When confronted the owner was exceptionally defensive and became rude. I would highly suggest finding someone else, these guys are unprofessional and incompetent. read more

Got an estimate for an out-of-pocket repair (dent in my fender) for $900. Wow! Didn't have that huge amount right away, so I went home and arranged my finances. Went back to get it done but no, now it will cost $1800. Asked about the increase, and was told, "Dear, that's what the computer says." And I was ushered on my little female way. 1. I have great concerns about the cost increase, is this related to the increase in business during hail season? Is this something you get away with because most repairs are insurance funded and this is supported by insurance rate increases? I think consumers need to be made aware of this trend. 2. I will always object to females being called "Dear" and dismissed. They knew $1800 was exorbitant so I was no longer a money customer nor a valid human. Problem is I disagree. read more

We had no choice but to take our car here through our insurance. After the estimate was complete (no work was done) we tried to pickup our car. When we arrived we were told the battery was dead and we had to have it towed. When we tried to ask why the battery was dead; since it was only 6 months old and was perfectly fine when we brought it in, the employee got right in our faces and got nasty with us telling us we had to have the car towed, without any explanation for the battery and why we couldn't get to our car. This is one of the worst experiences I have seen in a long time. I would not only not recommend them to anyone but there are no words for the lack of customer service received. read more

This is the second vehicle we have taken to L&H over the last 3 years and both of them were perfect jobs. Randy is friendly and customer service oriented. He cleaned out our interior as well as fixing the fender and then he kept the vehicle in the bays during a snow storm so it wouldn't get dirty. Very quick to get us an estimate and to get the vehicle in (even though there were a lot of hail damage cars at the time). This is how small business should work -- fast, good, friendly, fair price. Waited two days for them to contact me after a crash and being referred as safeco's official body shop in evergreen. On second call to safeco was told "Chris" from L&H would call me immediately. Chris and me have very different definitions of immediately. They didn't call on the following Monday, either, or today, now five days after the incident. I told Safeco in my third call to them, last night, that they should probably find another shop in Evergreen. They concurred. read more

Beware these people don't pay their bills. I have been trying to collect over $3,500 from invoices dating back to January. Wendy will kindly take your phone call but has no intentions on following through or paying their debt. My Subaru Forester was damaged in the May 2017 hail storm. On a reference from the Nextdoor community I contacted L&H. Valerie told me that they were not even going to schedule appointments for several weeks in order to deal with the paperwork coming in the from the insurance claims. I sent my paperwork over and was eventually scheduled for mid Sept. The insurance claim itemization was flawed and every change had to be OK to proceed. Instead of 2 weeks it took 7 but that was pretty much the way it was going with everyone I know having the hail damage repairs done. L&H did an excellent job on the car and it came back looking like new...in fact my GPS Navigation system started telling the the street names. It never did that before, so BETTER than new. Hope I never need to go to an auto body shop again but I would recommend L&H. read more

We had some damage repaired and the front end repainted 4-5 years ago. I would not recommend. When we showed up there were flaws in the paint so they had to redo it. Now the clear coat is peeling off. read more

Just had a great experience at L & H Auto Body. Had a quote from another shop for $950 (just under my deductible, of course) for hit & run deer damage and really didn't want to spend much on my 10 year old car. The owner came out to check the damage and said, "I can fix that, for free!" 5 minutes later, the dent was pulled back out and it looks as if nothing happened! Couldn't be more thrilled!!! read more
