pulpo

A wonderful find here in Palma! Food was excellent, the gazpacho was great didn't get a picture. Someone has the curry chicken that was executed perfectly with nice jasmine rice. Octopus was different over mashed potatoes but tasted good. Lamb ended up being a pita platter that was delicious! Definitely recommend trying this place!

Recommended by our landlady. The Sangria was just OK. The meatballs were just OK with fries. The pulpo was just OK, with potatoes. The eggs with bacon and fries were just OK. The tortilla was good. I would say the tapas was OK, and Sangria was OK, at least they were very friendly and helpful early in the afternoon when we were looking for the flat and I asked for directions. Yes, this would be an OK place to eat, and the prices are fine.

Patatas bravas (almost finished, sorry), plata de jamon iberico y plata de quesos.

A wonderful bar with delicious tapas, not too expensive (but not 2€ either). Las platas de jamon iberico y de quesos are great ! And the barmaids are very nice and smiling. You can also try the pulpo gallego : soooo good ans tasty. There are many other dishes, fresh and marvellous.

Gazpacho, pan de crystal w/tomato, falafel

Delicious, fresh and well balanced food! Best gazpacho I've had ( brought me back again). Paired it with their awesome crystal bread ( comes with olive oil, crushed fresh tomato and sea salt). Nice ambience inside and out... sits in a lovely square. VEGAN and vegetarian options.

Molta Barra - Draft bear with pintxos

(Palma de Mallorca, mid January 2024). This is a mainly bear bar favored by younger local crowd to…read moreget together for drinks and pintxos before going out for dinner. It opens at 7 pm and fills in within minutes even though it is a pretty large space. Once it's full, it is incredibly loud. 80 types of bear, bar tenders work very hard, but ordering at the bar is very confusing as there is no line, just a huge crrowd around the bar, so try to get eye contact with a bartender who will then take your order. Pintxos are displayed in three groups ( with meat, with seafood/fish, and vegetarian). 80 types of bear, mainly bottled, only 4 on draft. You order at the bar, pay and take your drinks&food to the table ( if you came at 7 pm and was lucky to grab a table). There is also a dinner menu ( only in Spanish). Pintxos were ok and very cheap - just over Euro2 a piece ( we tried from all three groups) . Local draft bear and a bottled cidra were good. We made a mistake to stay for dinner and ordered Nachos with cheese and pork and Tzatziki With Friends from the main menu. It was a disaster. Nachos were absolutely terrible. I think we got the bottom of the bag as all chips were small broken bits, it was difficult to eat, I had to use a fork(!!!). The melted cheese is the greasy tasteless American orange cheddar, minced pork was almost unnoticeable. And the heartburn afterwards...... Tzatziki &Friends was a platter with pita bread pieces and three small dishes with yogurt (which is apparently tzatziki), veeery salty humus, and pretty good tapenade (chopped black olives). It was an interesting experience

Younger crowd than us and service was slow, but great ambience, cold beer and tasty pintxos.read more

Our first night in Mallorca and this restaurant was on a list recommended by the brides. You can…read moresee why they love it here because the vibes, the food, and the service were great. We were a party of 6 and they took us upstairs through what felt like a maze of tables and parties enjoying wine and tapas. I already had fallen in love with the ambiance that felt cozy and intimate. We were seated and proceeded to order a ton of starters. One of the highlights were the oytsers which were dressed with shrimp, the pan con tomate, the burrata salad and the cochinillo main. Wow. That pork was divine, and we all agreed it was the star of the night. Our friendly server also recommended two different wines - a white from the area and a red. Both were great and perfect pairings with our meal. We ended with dessert which was torrejas and a homemade strawberry ice cream. I loved them both. Would definitely put this spot on your list when in Palma. It's in the walkable area of town so pop in and explore before and after.

This restaurant is top of the line with great service, excellent food & a beautiful atmosphere. I ordered the beef tartar which was highly recommended & this was a first for me. The flavors were out of this world & perfectly seasoned. I also tried the suckling pig (very juicy, nice crispy outside & tender inside with wonderful flavor) which sat on top of thinly sliced potatoes & came with a side salad. I was extremely satisfied & would love to go back to try other dishes. I HIGHLY recommend this excellent restaurant!
