The are straight trash ! Or are you racist didn't even give me polish but wanted to charge me 25$

They are the worst at customer service they should be out of business the way they treat their customers. I came in at 4:30 they don't close till seven so I told her that I wanted a pedicure in a full set mid-way of my pedicure the owner comes and asked me are you sure you want a full set because she want to take another client that came in at 5:45 because she doesn't want to do my nails and be here after the time this is the third time this is happened to me she tried to offer me a $15 full set but still wanted to charge me full price for a pedicure that I didn't even get. Straight TRASH with TRASH A$$ service. I gave them a chance the first two times it happened but 3rd time (female dog) I'm ready to mess this owe place up. I'm starting to think it has something to do with my money not being good enough

Very rarely am I severely overwhelmed by bad service but I am honestly clueless to how this place has 4 stars. Most of the pictures show terrible work.. My sister made an appointment for her and myself for 4:30pm. We walk in and I was told to pick out a nail color. I said I wanted gel and the lady asked in surprise "you want gel?" Then looked at a male coworker, shook her head, shrugged her shoulders, and then muttered something to him like she wasn't going to do it or didn't want to. Right off the bat that didn't make me very confident in their service. Although, I didn't let this ruin the mood or taint the rest of my experience. After I looked through the lack of choices, I settled for a pink chrome. Most of the colors were plain and dull with a glitter painted on top. (I added photos to show this.) When the male coworker ran the water for my pedicure, it was extremely hot and had to tell him to cool it down & then it was way too cold. (As I'm getting my toes done, my sister is getting her nails done by the lady who greeted us and told me to pick a color.)They also didn't add anything to the water. Most places I've been to add some type of sea salt aromatherapy mixture but I was literally soaking my feet in plain water. Not that big of a deal I guess but, I thought that was odd. Also, the gentleman peeled my nail polish off vs soaking it with acetone. Again, not really a big deal but unusual. They had a chihuahua resting on a chair and a little girl wanted to pet it. She asked her mom and her mother asked the nail tech doing her nails, and a different nail tech answered in a very rude tone, "don't touch the dog!" I understand the dog may be scared or whatever but 1. Why even bring him to the salon if nobody can enjoy his presence and 2. Why talk to your customers, especially a child, like that? He could've been more polite and not so demanding when yelling. Anyways, since I chose a pink chrome, the nail tech had to use a powder on top of polish to get that effect and he obviously had never done it before because he didn't know how to handle the brush & asked another nail tech what to use. The chrome came out blotchy and you can see spots he missed. As for my sisters nails- most of them are crooked or uneven (added pictures- 2 crooked pinky nails and uneven middle finger nail) and she stopped in the middle of her application to go and wax another customers eyebrows. That was very annoying and inconvenient because it added an extra 15 minutes to our time. He did scrub my feet with a pumice stone but I did notice it looked very used. It had chunks of pumice missing. Typically when I get pedicures, the pumice stone is brand new, out of plastic. When he was done scrubbing my feet, he rinsed it off in the water and set it off to the side which, I'm guessing is what he did with the previous individual. I feel as though it was not properly sanitized and that is grossly disturbing. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE- they offered me water and used an exfoliating soap on my legs and a hot towel after. I would never come back and again, I am perplexed as to how they even have 4 stars.. maybe get WiFi to distract from the horrible service?

All of my husbands family has been coming here for over 10 years. Kids, cousins, aunts uncles, etc. They are all very friendly and professional. My nails were broken and Tina filled and fixed them. She did an awesome job, I love them. Tina is very, clean, fast and friendly. I also appreciate how gentle she is. I would definitely recommend them.

Gel manicure and regular pedicure for ~$50 is a way better value than other, more "sophisticated" places in town. I feel sad that I have cheated on Polo and the gang in the last few months but now, never again. $50 buys you the bare minimum gel polish some places, not to mention the manicure that comes with it. You don't have all the choices here of the different colors or accents but the price and customer service is so worth it.

It's cheaper. But my nails look like shit. When I told him that my pinky nail is going the other way, he said "no that's the way your finger is" . Don't let the men do your nails here if you do go. Check out my pics

Tina is amazing, she did such a great job on my manicure and pedicure. It was my first time here today and I had such a great time. Plus Tina took the time to completely saturate my nails with color. Yay! I will definitely be coming back because the prices were reasonable and the service was exceptional. Definitely give LA Nails a chance!

I love coming here,I have been coming here for almost 5 years. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. I have never been unhappy with my services. They spend the time with you not just a rush even without a appointment. The Solon in very clean and I have always looked for that in a nail salon.

I was told dipped nails were $50 and I have had this done at other locations and found the price reasonable so chose a color. When the man started working on my nails I realized I hadn't told the shape or showed a pick of my expectations so I did and then he said o for the shape (coffin) is an extra $5 and length id an extra $5. I was like no I am not asking for long... he cut my nails short and then proceeded to then shape all different shapes. The shapes are all weird and bumpy and just so bad.

I had a rough day at work so I was not in the mood to talk to anyone. My sister, best friend, and I had already planned to get our pedicures so I had to go. We picked out our nail color and got seated. Polo instantly made my day better. We didn't have long conversations, but just asked our names and made sure to memorize them! Do not do the basic $20 pedicure. Do the deluxe $25 ! WORTH IT !!!! The massage was worth it. Polo is amazing ! He was very patient during the whole thing because I'm ticklish. I moved my toe during the end and he was nice and didn't get angry. He just removed it and painted it as if he was doing it the first time! :) my best friend recommends Jessica and I recommend Polo!

Look at my pointer finger. Missing nail polish in the corner. Exceeds my natural nail line and is lob sided

I've had an average experience here before but i don't write reviews until I visit it for a second time. Based on my second visit, I will not be returning. I've just got the worst french gel ever. Do not get it done it here. Wasted 27 dollars. The polish is lob-sided.. nail polish is underneath the nails.. the polish also looks bumpy, not smooth.. the polish passes my natural nail line so my real nails look way shorter than it acturally is..Disappointed.

I've been coming to this location since 2019, and it's been my salon ever since. About 95% of the…read moretime I book my appointments with Don. If he's unavailable, I'm always happy to book with Theresa or Anna. Everyone here is incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. I usually get the Royal Pedicure ($95 with gel) or the Detox Pedicure ($115 with gel) whenever I'm in the mood for a longer, more relaxing massage. A regular gel manicure is $50, and nail art typically starts around $5 per nail, depending on the design. Chrome and cat-eye effects are an additional $25. A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. One thing that has always stood out to me is how genuinely caring the staff is. If I have an appointment that runs late into the evening, they make sure I get to my car safely before locking up for the night. The shopping center has never made me feel unsafe, but you can never be too careful. That extra level of thoughtfulness and care is just one more reason why I've continued coming here for years.

One of the staff was just plain rude but it also looked like she was new. Or maybe it was just an off Monday. Services done: detox pedicure with gel and an acrylic fill with design. The appointment took around 3 hours, and the complimentary Moscato was served in what looks like the 4oz Dollar Tree champagne cups. I have to give Houston the edge when it comes to nail services, lashes, facials, and overall customer experience. And most htx salons don't have 1 beverage per service policies, because most nail salons pretty quickly (of course all dependent on type of service and level of design) and want you comfortable. This didn't live up to the real level of service I've come to expect in Las Vegas.

I've gone here twice when my normal nail lady is out of town since this salon is so close to my…read morehouse. Unfortunately both times haven't been the best. With my most recent visit I made an appointment online a couple days before. Despite this, I waited for about 20 minutes after I arrived at the shop and the last time I had made an appointment I also had to wait. While someone said hello when I came in, no one asked me if I had an appointment. There were also no books with regular polish options at the front (only gel designs) so it wasn't until I was eventually seated at the pedicure chair that I was given a book to look at when the nail tech asked what color I wanted. My pedicure felt rushed and ended up sloppy on one toe going into the cuticle and chipped in the corner of another before I even left the salon. Because I was switched to a different person for my manicure, the person who did my pedicure was already gone when I noticed as I took out the toe spacer before I left. As for my manicure, I was getting GelX and needed to soak off my previous set. When I was sitting down for the pedicure I asked the woman if I needed to start soaking them off. She went and talked to someone else but ultimately did not begin soaking them while I was getting the pedicure done. Unfortunately this meant once the manicure started the technician spent a lot of time utilizing her drill to try to speed up the removal of the previous set. This resulted in it getting hot and hurting my nail bed and I suspect she also drilled them where they are now thin due to how sensitive my natural nails were. She also nicked my cuticles with her drill so when she asked me to continue soaking my fingers it burned and I had to tell her I couldn't. She didn't apologize, just told me to only soak the other nails that weren't burning. As she was drilling off my set she did get a lot of nail powder on herself and then was using the brush on herself to brush off nail powder before brushing it off my hands. I was really hoping to like this shop, but unfortunately just really did not have the best experience.

She's the sweetest and I love how my nails turn out every time! She has taken over Jolene Sky Nails & Spa with her family and friends. The owner refused to take credit card and only took Zelle.. wasn't told this ahead of my service, but ok, did Zelle. Now she owes me $75 and has not paid, despite various requests. I booked the appointment with ClassPass, so it was prepaid. But I did have an extra charge for the French tip I did on my nails, which was $5. I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. Once I did this, I got the total price, with the tip, and accidentally sent her that (instead, I should have subtracted the service total to get the tip, and add that to the $5 extra charge). So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy.
