He then cancelled the appointment on me. Why would they confirm the appointment if he couldn't make it? It doesn't make any sense. I cancelled the service due to my experience and they tried to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. This company is a complete joke. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. He spent about an hour with me to survey the job and then delivered his quote which was spot on despites some unforeseen anomalies with our house which we know is old and unfortunately, not always up to code. Nothing seemed to ruffle him as he found positive workarounds to each issue, vetting each one with us. The end result completely exceeded our expectation.
