We had half our townhouse down and sparks shooting out of the breaker panel. Joe Cusano had been working at our neighbor's place and we asked him to look at our panel. Not only did he come right over to do that, he ended up staying until after 9 PM, replacing breakers, outlets, and installing a surge protector. Today he is coming back to replace a couple heaters that got fried. The fact we were able to get everything fixed the same day was remarkable. Joe is a great guy and I can't say enough about his work and his professionalism. He really bailed us out at a tough time and stayed late until the job was done. He's definitely our new electrician whenever we need any electrical services.

I had an issue with a ceiling fixture in my home. I'm pretty handy but I knew right away this was…read morebeyond my skills. I used an online home services site to search for an electrician and Chair City Electric was the first company listed and they had a 5-star rating. Good start. Within minutes of submitting my request, Hugo from Chair City called me. I explained the issue and he said he could be at my house within 30 minutes. Within minutes of reviewing the fixture, he knew exactly what was wrong and offered two alternatives to fixing it: one would take less time (if it was feasible) and therefore would be less expensive; the second option was more complicated and although it would cost more, it would likely be more successful. We decided the second option would be best. After a couple of hours of working in the stifling heat of the attic and in the bedroom below, Hugo had the problem fixed. He patched the ceiling as needed and thoroughly cleaned the room. He even vacuumed the floor AND the tarp that was covering the bed. He also used a hardwood floor cleaner to clean any debris from the ceiling that was on the floor. Hugo was personable, courteous, professional, and showed me once again why it's good to call someone who knows what they're doing rather than try to fix it myself. Highly recommend Chair City Electric.

We had a sizable, multi-day electric service relocation and 400-amp safety panel upgrade/FPE remediation project performed on our family's 62-year-old home by Spaulding Electric in conjunction with National Grid. The five-person crew consisted of two master electricians, two journeymen, and an apprentice. Every single member of the team, regardless of their experience level, demonstrated complete mastery of their assigned tasks and maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout. The master electrician who led the team maintained a remarkably calm, cool presence while managing the crew, keeping everyone productive, and ensuring the job was done well. The entire team worked efficiently to complete the project in a timely manner, always showing great consideration for our need for domestic power during the transition. We were highly impressed with Spaulding's knowledge of complex technical and code requirements, which was validated by the town inspector's full approval. Due to the large scope and cost of this project, we obtained estimates from several competing firms; Spaulding's quote was by far the most complete and fairly priced. The crew's willingness to answer all of our questions and address our concerns is just one of many reasons we will use them for our future needs. We recommend them completely and without hesitation for any tasks requiring licensed electricians.

She said that if I wanted, they keep Tesla chargers in stock, and if desired they could book the install this week, and I return the ordered charger to Tesla service center. I selected the day after tomorrow and voila Paul, the very knowledgeable and friendly electrician/installer showed up with the charger.
