Most of the dishes are pretty Americanized, but for what they are, they taste pretty good. It seems to cater to a lot of families and seniors, the 3 times I've been there. Casual ambience and clean, both the dining room and bathrooms. The sauces in general lean towards the sweet side, and the spicy dishes are very mild. You can, however, customize dishes if you order an entree instead of getting the buffet. A lot of the chicken dishes are heavily breaded, but if you request the all- white meat option, it has a much lighter coating (maybe only dusted with cornstarch?) so I often customize that way. A couple dishes come that way already, like the Mongolian chicken and a few others. You can ask which. They really shine with their friendliness and customer service. I give them 5 stars for service, 3.5 for food so averages to 4 stars overall.

I ordered the general tso's tofu with white rice and the plain lo mein online and picked up to go. The lo mein looked like it would be flavorful but unfortunately it really lacked everything, including even soy sauce. It had burnt minced garlic but that was about it! 0/10 on this dish and unfortunately I had to toss it. The tofu texture was alright/ leaning a little cheesy and stale.. But the sauce was also flavorless and generally not very appealing. The rice was also cheap minute rice and didn't go very well with the dish or soak up any sauce. I ended up trying to drown the dish with their cheap soy packets- which did not do much to help. 3/10 here I hate to leave reviews like this but honestly lucky house needs to work on sourcing better ingredients and reformulating some recipes- even if it requires raising prices I promise people who notice the difference!

I prefer the drive through, mostly due to the tiny booths and the sticky floors. The service is great at times but slow at others- another benefit of the fast paced drive through. We swapped the egg roll the meals are supposed to come with for crab Rangoon. The orange chicken was crisp, the sauce was sweet with just a touch of spice. This is my daughter's favorite! I ordered the salt and pepper squid and it was easily the best dish I have had here yet! The squid was chewy with a very light crispy breading. It didn't seem to have five spice as I've traditionally found on this dish, but it was still great! I'd highly recommend it.
