Just wanted to add a quick update since my first review -- we finally got our car back after two…read moredays, and once again, the A.B. Hadley team came through! On day one, Julie kindly gave us a ride from work to the shop and back (such a lifesaver), and when the repair took a little longer than expected, they set us up with a loaner car. My son and I nicknamed it "Babushka Honda" -- that's "G-ma Honda" in Russian -- because it felt like a cozy little time machine straight to the '90s. We had fun with it! When we picked up our car, everything was done perfectly. They used original or top-quality parts, and the rotors and brake pads even come with a 3-year / 100K-mile warranty -- seriously, who can beat that? Every interaction -- from Trent to Julie and the whole crew -- was professional, kind, and genuine. They treat you like a person, not a number, which is exactly what you want after (or before) a long day at work. Thank you, A.B. Hadley team, for making car care something I can actually feel good about. You guys really are the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Dylan Nicholson, owner of Mobile Auto Repair & Locksmith…read more I've had the opportunity to have Dylan work on my snow blower, and I've also seen the quality of his work firsthand on engines he worked on for my neighbor. We were both extremely pleased with the results. Dylan is not only an excellent mechanic, but a man of the highest integrity. He is honest, dependable, reasonably priced, and truly stands behind his work. What impressed me most was how clean and professional he was, and he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. That kind of service and communication is becoming harder and harder to find. Dylan works on just about anything with a motor, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him to my family, friends, and anyone looking for someone they can trust. If you need a mechanic who knows what he's doing, treats you right, charges a fair price, and stands behind his work, I highly recommend Dylan Nicholson and Mobile Auto Repair & Locksmith. 801-317-8606

I would have given 5 stars had I not had to come back an hour later. My car was making an awful sound. Turns out they forgot to secure my air filter. F y I the waiting area is a row of dirty chairs, two feet from their checkin desk. Best to get dropped off and come back. It's so loud there you can't hear the TV that's above their heads. UPDATE- Well, I used to be impressed. Now it seems like they could care less about taking care of us- especially if you bought the coupon. IN other words, DO NOT BUY THE COUPON AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The owner is surly and unpleasant. They make scheduling mistakes and take it out on you. They fix things you didn't ask them to fix and then try to charge you. Hold your ground and refuse to pay. I had a brand new car and they replaced my wiper during an oil change! They wanted to charged me $15 for a wiper! I refused and told them to put my wiper back on. They dug it out of the trash and handed it to me. Guess it wasn't worth the effort to change it back.
