Their 2 flatbreads are tasty, food comes and stays frozen until usage, which really pinches freezer dimensions! Standing on top of these 3 and most others is Out of the Cave which creates new tasty menu items almost every week. What I especially appreciate is their delivery timing app-it notifies re the minute it arrives and ahead of that, so you can get your cart and meet driver, load up delivery, food ready to heat and eat!

We ordered almost every single variation of the custom teriyaki Spam musubi, and every single one was so well made and packed with so much flavor (my favorite was the tamago musubi). They only do takeout for now and Leonard the owner brings out the orders to your car himself. He was super friendly and welcoming, and I got a chance to hear about his vision for Musubi Libre and I am even more of a fan because of it. Don't miss out on Musubi Libre, we'll definitely be ordering more musubis to go whenever we get the craving, which is ALOT.

My problem with it was the portion size for the chicken. The breast was tiny, tiny and the dish was mainly the potatoes. It came with a very delicious red wine reduction sauce and the veggies were very fresh and flavorful. I loved the potatoes, I just wished it was a normal size chicken breast. The cornbread however was a huge piece and it was super delicious. It was the perfect combination of sweet and fluffy without being too dry. I also love the convenience of the delivery so I may order here again. It was just pretty pricey for the portion size, at least for this particular dish.

My favorite is the Moroccan spice, but today I tried the lemon thyme and I think that might be a new contender for my favorite. I would highly recommend her small business because she displays dedication to her craft and offers a unique product for customers.

Her food is healthy, but not so healthy it's not delicious, well-portioned, so fresh, and more importantly it's SO CONVENIENT! This isn't an online ordering anytime service - she has curated menus every week which she can tailor to, or even prepare for, your family! She starts with a consultation to understand your needs and present her philosophy. Then you place your order Monday, and it appears on your doorstep the following Sunday. On top of the convenience (the food appears clearly labeled and conveniently packaged up in compostable containers) what I love is that it's gourmet, freshly prepared, local, seasonal, and often organic food! It's what I want to put in my and my kids bodies so I feel my best, but I don't have any time to cook it myself. It really satisfies my need for variety, without having to spend tons on takeout every week. Some highlights include her Tajin Steak tacos with Mango Salsa, her Moroccan Lemon Chicken with rice pilaf, and she has an excellent kampachi fish on her build-your-own menu that I haven't had anywhere else. Get it with the red pepper sauce! Unlike meal kits like Blue Apron where it was never quite enough food, and of course you have to cook it, her portions have been on point! You just tell her how many people you're feeding, how many kids, and she seems to always get it right! Finally, you can order as much or as little as you want. She has hearty salads that change every week; juices; a la carte proteins, starches, and veggies; and breakfasts and desserts! Just order how much your family needs each week, or better yet, let her do it! It's not a budget option, but when you calculate the mental time you save, the quality ingredients, and then compare it to a DoorDash takeout delivery with delivery fees for the variety she provides - it's a great value and better food, without waiting!
