PBC responded fastest. They were also available immediately, which was great. The job was completed with no issues. The locksmith was very professional and easy to work with. I have to say, I can certainly see why they have an overwhelmingly positive reputation. Overall, five stars. I would absolutely use them again, no question.

I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! If you need a locksmith, Joe is the guy for you!

He literally spend half hour and he wanted to charge me $100 more than what he quoted . I declined to pay the extra $100 and he started taking the front door lock off. Really bad experience and uncomfortable. Communication is horrible, I don't recommend him.

The Pro Locksmith team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything was installed professionally, the wiring was clean and organized, and the entire system works flawlessly. Managing a project of this size is not easy, but Pro Locksmith delivered exactly as promised. We highly recommend them for any commercial access control, surveillance, or security integration project.

Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

In May 2025 two of the fobs stopped working and the third only sometimes worked, so I took it to a GM dealership. GM's quote was $700 for one new OEM fob and strongly implied my current fobs weren't legit. I rejected their offer and picked up my car. I disassembled the fobs and compared the circuit boards and verified that Prestige had in fact sold me legit OEM fobs. I also tested the batteries with a multimeter but they were fully charged. Once back together all three fobs just started working again. I guess all they needed was a little cleaning.

CK's is a rip off if you need anything further after you purchase a safe from them. I would never recommend them based on their customer service attitude and fees for simple jobs.
